Courier M039 was extremely helpful and carried my delivery of 600l of garden bark into the back garden for me. He was polite and friendly.

Delivery by driver M039 was excellent, within the time frame also text with tracking map and number of deliveries before you. Driver was very polite and helpful.

Good delivery, good guy

Sat in all day waiting for a delivery between 1100 and 1500… according to the text they sent me.

Update; the goods arrived at 1930 after a message saying they were on their way… but still said delivery by 1500

driver turned up as they have contract with Wickes in Swansea, and was told to only give me half of my order as it was too heavy for van and he was to bring back to depot and re-deliver following day. Made no sense as was outside my house loaded and ready to go. Head office told him to NOT drop off, but the driver used common sense and did give me most items, a few bits missing which Wickes said would arrive following day as driver took away in error. 1 week later i get a text to say out for delivery today 5 minutes later i am told the driver managed to get 20 miles to me drop off i signed for it and took a photo of my arm. Needless to say not arrived, fake signature and someones arm in photo. Wickes have not got a clue what is going on. Wickes head office said all the couriers they use are "crap" his words not mine. says it all but they still use them!

Excellent service from CitySprint from start to finish. Communication was outstanding throughout, with regular updates on my delivery. I was able to track my order in real time, see exactly where the driver was, and even how many deliveries were ahead of mine, which was really helpful.

Driver M039 went above and beyond. He was friendly, helpful, and kindly carried all of the wood around the back of my house and into the garden without any hesitation. He arrived within the allocated delivery time slot, making the whole process smooth and stress-free.

An excellent experience all round. I wouldn’t hesitate to use CitySprint again. Highly recommended!

Had a delivery today. Very reliable company driver was MO54 DUNCAN who was very polite and helpful. Kept well informed before delivering. Shop at Wickes a lot because delivering company are so good and not too expensive.

We received a delivery from SC64 today. Very helpful and gave some advice for our build.

We had entrusted the courier service of CitySprint to deliver a package to the Isle Of Man which included signage needed for us to carry out works at a site there, for the cost of £440.00 + VAT we had assumed that the parcel would be delivered efficiently and prompt as per the information provided... this was not the case.

As per the tracking information provided, we were expecting the package to be delivered to site on 17/06/2026 allowing our engineers to travel on the ferry to the IOM to carry out works however upon arrival. No Signage. No updated tracking information. By this time, we were able to get in touch with CitySprint to try and track down our parcel who to no prevail admitted that they could not contact the courier (DHL) as these are a third-party courier.

After waiting hours on site, our engineers (who hoped to complete the job the same day and return on the evening ferry) were forced to book overnight stays on the IOM as correspondence with CitySprint had confirmed that the signage would now be delivered early AM the next day so subsequently we were required to cancel the pre-booked evening ferry (Non-refundable) with hope that the signage would appear the next morning.

Thankfully, come the 18th of June AM the signage eventually made its way to the site allowing us to carry out our works and vacate the IOM after unnecessary and avoidable time spent there. Upon this, we got in touch with CitySprint regarding the delayed delivery and compensation for the unnecessary expenses on our behalf due to their mistakes who clarified that as this was a third-party issue it was out of their control and could not issue any sort of compensation or refund.

It's disappointing that a company is willing to trust their business into a third-party courier but take no responsibility when it goes wrong. Our company has now lost money from these works due to incompetence and a lack of professionalism, it is really disappointing and we will not be using CitySprint for our courier needs anymore.
