We were astounded to have read your review.

Your order was shipped via DHL, and they managed to remove the shipping labels (that were in plastic pouches) from yours and another customer order from Singapore.

For some unknown reason they instead replaced our labels, with their own thermal shipping labels and both orders were sent to the incorrect customers. You received the order intended for a customer in Singapore.

We provided absolute proof of this to you, and our team tried desperately to keep in contact with you, ensuring DHL promptly got the matter resolved.

You paid for Economy shipping and should not have not in fact received your order as yet. You complained and send us repeated abusive emails despite the fact you had not even paid for Express shipping. Your order should not have even reached you as yet according to the Economy shipping method you selected.

A member of our team even contacted you earlier today well outside of our business hours just to keep you updated of the latest communication with DHL. We as consumers cannot recall the last time any organisation went out of their way when their business was closed just to call a customer on the other side of the world.

However, this was also not enough for you. Instead of understanding the situation was caused by DHL and through no fault of ours, you repeatedly said rudely 'I do not care about DHL or whose fault it is, I want my package!'

Our team have assisted you as best possible throughout, answering communication promptly and trying to assist you.

It is most regrettable in this day and age you simply cannot please everyone.
