Deși inițial am fost sceptică,am făcut cererea de rambursare pentru zborul mei care a avut întârziere circa 12 ore.Au fost foarte rapizi,cred ca într-o săptămână sau două am si avut transferul făcut.Super rapizi si eficienti.Sunt mulțumită de experiența cu ei.Bine de știut pe viitor in cazul in care voi mai avea neplăceri.
