Am apelat la ClaimBee pentru a solicita o compensație de la Wizz Air, iar întreaga experiență a fost excelentă de la început până la final. Procesul a fost simplu, transparent și fără bătăi de cap. Echipa lor s-a ocupat de tot, m-au ținut la curent pe parcurs, iar în final au câștigat cazul pentru mine.
Sunt foarte mulțumit de profesionalismul și promptitudinea lor. Mulțumesc, ClaimBee! Cu siguranță voi apela din nou la voi dacă va fi nevoie și vă voi recomanda cu drag și altora!

Sunt foarte mulțumită de acest…

Sunt foarte mulțumită de acest serviciu! Am apelat la ei din cauza unei întârzieri de mai multe ore a zborului, iar totul a decurs foarte bine. S-au ocupat de toate formalitățile, eu a trebuit doar să furnizez câteva informații de bază.
Comunicarea a fost promptă, clară și profesionistă pe tot parcursul procesului, iar compensația a fost obținută cu succes.
Recomand acest serviciu tuturor celor care au avut parte de întârzieri sau anulări de zbor – chiar merită!

I hate when my flight is delayed

I hate when my flight is delayed, but this time, thanks to the kind people who helped me sort it out. They communicated in such a calm and kind way and helped me with my issue. They were flexible and resolved something quickly that no one else had managed before. I’m truly grateful and thankful! They were the best.
