We made the claim in July 2022 AND STILL HAVENT RECEIVED THE COMPENSATION! It’s a joke!
If you click on their website now it’s directing you to a different company. It’s clear this is a fraud.
We trusted this company to receive it faster (what a joke) and they are not even replying on emails. I made a review in 2024, they replied on my review here with an email for customer service and never came back to me when I tried again to contact. Pure scammers and they keep a fee which is ridiculous as at this point this is not a service you are providing, IT’S A SCAM.
AVOID THIS COMPANY JUST CLAIM YOUR COMPENSATION THROUGH THE AIRLINE, faster, easier and straight forward don’t trust this company.
Avoid
After 9 months, they reverted with an utterly nonsensical message that they were no longer willing to proceed with my claim. When I pressed them for more information, their response revealed that their initial message was a lie. Avoid this company.

Du spilder din tid ved at bruge dette firma. Alt korrespondance foregår med en autosvar, du får aldrig svar på de spørgsmål du stiller. De sender den samme mail flere gange og andre gange henviser de til mail jeg aldrig har modtaget. Det sidste jeg har hørt er også henvisning til en mail jeg aldrig har fået. Da jeg bad om at få sendt den igen er de gået i "flyver skjul ", og jeg har intet hørt nu i flere uger. Så jeg har spildt 3-4 måneder uden noget resultat.

El 11 de febrero tenía un vuelo B6 1638 pasajero WJZUAS a las dos de la tarde desde Santo Domingo a San Juan de Puerto rico una vez todo el mundo adentro con un retraso de media hora se nos dijo que esperásemos más tiempo los mecánicos tenían que entrar a arreglar el avión después dijeron que sería 30 minutos después que sería 45 minutos que los mecánicas no habían dado con el problema a la hora nos mandaron salir a todo el mundo con las maletas del avión y estuvimos afuera esperando hasta que dijeron que volviéramos otra vez al avión a nuestros asientos el problema psicológico de saber que ese avión había sido arreglado por mecánicos delante de nosotros y que íbamos a volar Estuvimos todos bien nerviosos porque creo que lo que debían de haber hecho es cambiar o traer un avión diferente estoy esperando una compensación me dicen que no porque no sobrepasado el el las cuatro horas pero no se trata de ser retraso se trata de maltrato y de el problema psicológico de andar de volar con un avión así Qué puedo hacer

I honestly didn't expect to get any compensation but I thought I'd give ClaimCompass a try and was pleasantly surprised. After taking all my flight information they emailed to confirm that they were working on my case and a few weeks later I received about 75% back of the cost of my ticket.

Our flight was canceled in London for no reason and we were delayed 2 days. The airlines denied compensation at first. I hired Claim Compass and they were able to get me reimbursed for some of the expenses I incurred because of the delay. I really appreciate their hard work and highly recommend them!
My claims was failed
They would only send requests to the airline but if the airline doesn’t want to respond, they do nothing. I was eligible for compensation by law but Turkish Airlines didn’t want to pay it, I spent one year exchanging emails with Claim Compass and in the end they didn’t do anything except sending inquiries to the airline and didn’t start any legal proceeding. Sending emails to airline I can do myself, no need for 20% commission ! The best part is even though I was never paid my claim they kept sending me reminders to pay their part of compensation !
Took some time, but good service, and good communication
Claim refunds came in in 2 batches, and took some time, but I got a big portion of the claim indeed. Thank you. Communications were good and rapid.

Struggling until ClaimCompass got involved
I was really struggling to get anywhere with the airline so handed the claim over to ClaimCompass who managed to get compensation for me.
Don't trust this company!
They have all my details and are authorized to claim on my behalf. However, they responded by stating that my case will be closed due to a lack of legal representation, which was their responsibility. I wouldn't trust this company, they pay some people, while choosing not to pay others.

Il serait utile de recevoir un message pour informer le client de la date estimée par claimcompass de la résolution du dossier client.

Not very good... or rather they were pretty bad in the communication. In the end I gave up and filed my travel claim with another agency. The other agency managed to get the money paid and now ClaimCompass are claiming that they should have a commission... they did not nothing of value for me and still get paid...

Tack och lov fick jag tips från detta bolag claimcompass och de va så tillmötesgående och hjälpsamma. De gjorde allt åt en. Behövde bara skicka alla dokument. Jag fick 6000kr tillbaka för två person. Vilket jag inte hade väntat mig alls. Rekomendera verklig att ta hjälp av dom. Processen tog 2 månaden.
