Patrick was amazing during our entire process The communication was clear, prompt, and consistent from start to finish. The turnaround time was impressive, and Patrick was always available to answer any questions we had along the way. He made us feel completely comfortable asking anything, and his approach kept every conversation smooth and stress-free. The document collection process was also incredibly easy and efficient.

I spoke to Mason #1821894 this afternoon, and explained the type of loan I am looking for and he answered with "I have been doing this for 8 years and sounds like you're not convinced, don't waste my time" after I asked him to send me an email with his contact information. He was the rudest ever and has no people skills.
I spoke to him for 9 minutes and that was apparently too long for him.
He was neither friendly nor professional. I will never call Lower again.

I should have never refinanced with Lower. They made me feel like I could trust them, they would be my servicer for the life of the loan. After my first payment they immediately sold my loan to Truist and I never heard from them again. A whole lot of trouble and didn't save that much money. Now I'm stuck for 30 years with a bank I hate.

Owen and the rest of the loan team through lower were amazing to work with throughout the entire process. This is my second loan through lower and the process was smooth if not smoother than the first time. I will continue to use lower for all of my real estate financing needs they are a wonderful company I suggest to trust them too.

Our Agent Landon was amazing. He was familiar with a variety of programs, explained each one as he went, and walked us through the process in a way that was easy to understand. He was patient with our questions, and made the whole process an absolute joy.

Working with Owen was a great experience from start to finish. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Owen was always quick to respond, patient in explaining things, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He made what could have been a difficult and stressful experience feel easy and manageable. Owen was always proactive and kindq, and genuinely cared about helping us understand each step along the way. I truly couldn't recommend him enough!

Please do not finance through Lower. They charged $6.5k for 1.4 points, poor loan officer support. Unprofessional service & when offering “free refi” for life, all they discount is only wiping an origination fee.

My poor experience was with loan officer Jared Derosa. I also struggle to believe their reviews are not simply paid for on their website and not real.

My wife and I have decided to start our own business. As you can imagine it takes quite a substantial amount of money starting out. We were just over half way there and needed more. I was hesitant at first but after researching and meeting Joe Costello everything kind of just fell into place. It took him just over two weeks to get my loan closed and 2 days later I already have my loan. We are very thankful to Joe and LOWER for making this happen. If you are needing help I highly recommend you give Joe Costello at Lower a call!!

Working with Nico was so easy and smooth. He was sooooo patient and informative the whole way. Answering any questions I had and making any changes I asked for. He made the whole process painless and worthwhile. I would highly recommend Lower (and Nico) and will for sure use them again if needed.

Unsolicited cold calls even though I am on the Federal Do Not call registry. Would never do business with a company that doesn't understand that doing this is a violation of law and my privacy.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with this lender. From start to finish, they were knowledgeable, patient, and extremely responsive. A week into the process, we receive an email that we need to sign new disclosures. No conversation or email what this is about. We log in to review the new disclosures, and in the small print, we see that Nico has included that our FICO score dropped and they need .75% point because of it. Which is ridiculous because our scores have actually gone up. After reviewing the form, he took $5,000 out of our escrow account and put it in the origination column. Then I questioned him about it and he said he didn't know anything about it. He is a liar. I told him to close the file and want the appraisal we had to pay for.

Mason and Sam were absolutely incredible and diligent in there efforts to push my refinance all the way to the finish line despite my current mortgage company gumming up the works as much as possible. These guys really made it happen! Couldn’t recommend them more!

Working with Joe on our refinance was a Godsend. He was with us through every step of the process and tolerated all of or questions and concerns.
