Fui víctima del mal manejo que Ryanair tiene en su aerolínea... sobrevendieron el vuelo y no me dejaron abordar, me dijeron que pagarían todo, y cuando sometí el caso a través de su página web (que por cierto, es pésima), me dijeron que mi reembolso no aplicaba dentro de sus políticas. Sí, así de descarados. Después de como 3 meses de emails fútiles, escribí a Flightright para que me ayudaran y ellos se hicieron cargo de todo. Sí, la tarifa de comisión puede parecer alta, pero después de que metí mi solicitud por primera vez, no me preocupé por NADA. Ellos hicieron todo el trabajo, y a mí me llegó mi pago por Paypal :) 5 estrellas muy merecidas y bien ganadas. Sin la ayuda de ellos, Ryanair se habría salido con la suya ¬¬ descarados

Absolutely horrendous experience. first reported cancelled flight and disruption costs in september 2024. 7 months later they emailed me and told me to contact the airline directly for disruption costs. I found out compensation had been paid to Lovetts solicitors (their legal underwriters in the January previously) I spent another 12 months chasing my money being given various excuses as to why it hadn't been processed. By the time I received my compensation in March 2026 (this year) they sent a message blaming the delays on me because I contacted the airline. Regardless of them telling me to do so. They took 40% of my compensation for not an ounce of work they did. I spent months emailing the CEDR and coming to a resolution myself. I sent a complaint twice and it's been ignored. their ethos on there website is ":save time and energy!" NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
