It took less than 2 weeks for my claim…
It took less than 2 weeks for my claim to be approved and another 2 weeks to receive compensation.

Подадох претенция за обезщетение по Регламент 261/2004 чрез ClaimHelp още през 2022 г. за отменен полет между Франция и България. Процедурата е стандартна и обезщетението е 400 евро, но това, което последва, беше напълно неприемливо.
В продължение на месеци не получавах никаква информация, въпреки многократните ми запитвания. След дълго чакане ми беше поискано да подпиша пълномощно за адвокат, което направих през 2024 г. Оттам нататък — отново пълна тишина. Единственото, което ми казваха, беше, че процедурата можела да отнеме „поне година“, но без никакви конкретни данни, срокове или доказателства, че реално се работи по случая.
Едва през 2026 г., почти две години след пълномощното и над три години след подаването на претенцията, получих едно изречение: че претенцията била „отхвърлена“. Нищо повече!
Тази липса на отчетност и отказът да се предоставят документи пораждат основателни съмнения дали информация не се укрива. В един момент дори започнах да се питам дали не е възможно обезщетението да е изплатено, а на мен просто да се съобщава, че има отказ — защото никакви доказателства за отказ така и не бяха предоставени.
Вместо да ми спестят време и усилия, ClaimHelp реално ме поставиха в ситуация да губя години в чакане и да бъда принуден да подавам жалби срещу тях към институции, само за да получа елементарна яснота по собствения си случай.
След почти три години чакане, нулева прозрачност и липса на елементарна отчетност — не мога да препоръчам ClaimHelp на никой.

Claimhelp was awarded 600 euro by PLL Lot in my name (got this info from both Claimhelp and PLL Lot). It's been over 3 weeks and I still didn't get my money. The company doesn't respond to my e-mails

Ненадеждни са – няма телефон за връзка, и на имейли не отговарят. Изглежда сами решават на кого да платят и на кого не.
Моят опит беше много лош: на мен не платиха , а на мойят съпруг – да, въпреки че бяхме на един и същи полет. Това е неприемливо.

Your team did all the necsssary for me…
Your team did all the necesssary for me to get compensation for a missed flight to Sofia. I had to stay for one night in Warsaw and missed other transport connections that I had booked in advance. What is worse, no body from the airlines informed me about the reason for the delay of departure. However, Claimhelp stood for my rights. Thank you, Claimhelp.
Azienda poco affidabile
Buonasera, non vi consiglio questa ditta. Sono poco affidabili: non hanno nessun numero di telefono da chiamare né una chat, e non rispondono alle email. Decidono loro a chi pagare e a chi no. Io ho avuto una brutta esperienza: a me hanno pagato, ma ai miei familiari no, nonostante fossimo sullo stesso volo, con gli stessi biglietti acquistati lo stesso giorno.

❗ Extremely unethical and unprofessional behavior
After I explicitly withdrew my authorization and clearly informed ClaimHelp that I do not consent to them representing me, I attempted to submit my compensation claim personally.
The airline then informed me that the compensation had already been paid to ClaimHelp and provided a bank statement confirming the transfer to ClaimHelp.
When I contacted ClaimHelp to ask whether they had received my compensation, they avoided a direct answer and only said that the airline had approved a payment to them.
When I asked why they claimed and received my compensation after my explicit refusal, they responded rudely and stated that:
• if I want my money from them, they will deduct their commission,
• otherwise, they will return the money to the airline,
• and that for them, the case is closed.
Submitting a claim after authorization has been withdrawn, receiving the compensation without informing the passenger, and then attempting to impose a commission is completely unacceptable.
I strongly warn others to be extremely cautious before trusting ClaimHelp.
Based on my experience, I recommend that passengers in similar situations submit a formal complaint to the appropriate authorities to protect their rights.

Avoid at all cost
I chose the company to help with my flight compensation, opened a case with them in April, added relevant information regarding the flight details. The initiated the process and i suppose to receive an answer from the airline by 29.06. After noticing a discrepancy in the claim i sent an email to provide clarifications, and another email, and a 3rd one with no answer. I contacted them on the chat, and finally they answer and decided to close and reject my claim, after waiting almost 3 months. Lack of professionalism and completely unreliable, if you want to waste your time feel free to contact them.
The company is completely unproffesional
The company is completely unprofessional; they don’t respond to the emails I send to ask for an update on my request, and when they do reply, it’s completely rude and unprofessional. I’ve been waiting for more than three months for something that is clear and rightfully mine, yet they don’t seem to care about having a more serious approach toward their clients. I can’t submit a request through another, more reliable company because I’ve already submitted it through them.
