Have only just started my claim through Dean Mongan and hence 4 star rating. Very quick to get the process started.
I think this review should be done at the end of claims not the start.

Informative and reassuring
Telephone conversation with Ben was informative and both helpful and reassuring giving us the confidence to proceed with our claim - the process was explained to us in all the detail we needed and we are, so far, impressed with the service we are receiving - thank you Ben!

I had a full and frank conversation…
I had a full and frank conversation with Kris, he explains the reasons for contacting me and what could be achieved, he was patient with my concerns in this day and age and assured me there would be no fees if the claim was unsuccessful, and contact with 3rd parties would only be with my permission, at the end of this conversation I felt relaxed and confident at the end of this conversation.

So far so good, well explained and easy to understand , no Jargon etc. Proof will inevitably be in a successful claim though, thanks for your help Kris.
Update , 15 months later and claim was successful, pay out was substantial , thank-you very much

Had a conversation with Teli Kaufman…
Had a conversation with Teli Kaufman today. Teli was very good even when I said I wanted proof of who the company were Teli was not phased and suggested an email with company info and FCA number which I checked and I rang Teli back on his direct line. Teli explained everything and arranged a visit the following day.

Received a phone call from Kris Smith…
Received a phone call from Kris Smith and what a breath of fresh air he is. He took me through what he was going to do regarding my claim, no stone left unturned. He explained the how’s, wherefores and why’s, the full 10 yards, certainly opened my eyes.
