It was very easy and straightforward to apply.

I tried to do this year's ago when I had all my documents, and nobody could help me,fast forward x amount of years, and. 'fair finance', contact me out of the blue, found my claim, and are on the ball, keeping my well informed every step. They have been amazing!!. I have done nothing, which, as I don't keep too well, it's so amazing. Thank you'FAIR' I really appreciate all you are doing for me. I would so recommend any one who thinks they may have a claim on finance company, to contact 'FAIR. FINANCE'.... they have been amazing. Their constant communication is on point. And they know exactly what they are doing. Cannot say enough about this company.

Honestly I have been impressed, these guys say they will do something and they do it within the timeframe they give also, that alone is impressive but the speed also is fab, truly happy with their service and dealings with them all positive which i have found very hard to come by most times, would defo recommend and honestly you have nothing lose only to gain with them happy customer

Fair car claim have been very helpful and have kept me updated since contacting me, so it's just a matter of time to see what happens. So far so good they are still investigating the claims sourced and hopefully should have a follow up summary in due course.

I was contacted by Fair and was sceptical at first but having first read the reviews I thought I'd give them a go. Good thing, as they found several previous motor finances I had who I assumed wasn't included. If it wasn't for Fair I could have missed out on a potential pay out. Although I am still awaiting an outcome, Fair has kept me informed throughout everything that is happening with the claims and I have not had to do any of the stressful admin or chasing of companies.

The company provided me with an official letter on headed paper that was addressed directly to me. I was able to verify the legitimacy of the company by independently checking information available online, which matched the details provided. Since completing my registration, the company has maintained regular communication and kept me updated throughout the process, demonstrating professionalism and transparency.

Seems OK at the moment.

Cannot contact by telephone. Says no win no fee but then states there searches will be at a cost if you sign up. so very confusing. i cancelled within 24 hrs and still receiving e mails from them. So no clarity.
