Kris has started the process, told me my case its worth doing, thanks for the re-assurance on this, very polite person and helpful

Kriss explained everything to me and someone came around to my home to explain the process as well

They asked me to pay my services charge, before I get my compensation, I contacted them and no reply, they just keep increasing my bill and demand service charge, absolutely horrible! Why am I losing money for this? They need to take care of what customer say and stop doing this

An easy straight forward process to start my claim, all explained in plain English by Dean, not baffled by technical or legal garb & percentages. No hard pressure sell. Once agreed the agent came to my home address, l signed all the paperwork & then received a call to say the it was being dealt with. Couldn’t be easier, thanks

Very easy to understand what to do on the next step to make a claim

I was well educated by dan with the information needed to progress with what i needed .spoke clearly and slow enough to not get confussed with the things said.which is s good help to myself.and i think be helpful to the older generation who may be confussed by all the information told to them quickly.

Contacted Claiming 4u for some advice with regard to what my options were with regard to compensation for a mis-sold pension. Dean Mongan was very helpful and explained what could be done in a simple and effective manner.

Very easy to use service. I had no idea what I needed to do or provide or even that I might be able to claim. Leeann McNamara from Claims4U talked me through everything and explained what they would do and what their fees were. She kept me informed of progress during claim which was a complete success and I’m delighted with the outcome which I would never have received had they not handled my claim. Ok so their share at 36% of any win seems quite high, but I would have got nothing without them and they did everything so all in all a fair deal in my view.
