I experienced an accident, to which I then contacted Claim Today Solicitors with confidence that they would be able to assist me in my claim. I was allocated a Litigation Executive to deal with my case.

From the beginning my experience with CTS was very troublesome as I would only get an update after requesting one, rather than being kept informed regarding my case. I spent an entire year with CTS representing me and handling my case. Towards the end of this year, I requested an update and a complete summary of my case. In return, I received an email notifying me of critical updates regarding my case which I was never previously informed about, along with a message stating that they no longer wish to carry my case forward.

In addition, I was also not informed that one reason it took so long was because CTS had filed my case to an incorrect borough and failed to inform me and rather tried to hide it until I requested a complete summary.

I am deeply saddened by their behavior and unprofessionalism. After having trusted them for an entire year with my case, all I got in return was a wasted time and an incredibly rude Litigation Executive. I emailed this particular Litigation Executive who was assigned to my case to ask questions about why I was never informed regarding these critical updates, to which the response I received simply stated that since they have decided after one year not to carry my case forward, they are not in need of giving me any more information.

I even asked for a complaints email address so that I could take this unacceptable behavior forward, but my request was completely ignored.

I would by no means recommend CTS. The most upsetting part of this entire event was how rude and dismissive the Litigation Executive was to me when I was in a time of anxiety trying to receive information regarding the next stages of my case.

Right from the beginning I was unsure of how to take my claim forward, so I decided to use Claim Today Solicitors to represent me. However this was a terrible idea and left feeling much worse.

Excellent service, my queries were answered in full detail and my case was dealt with professionally... I was extremely with pleased with the outcome. Thank you to all those who helped with my case, I would definitely recommend.
