Highly recommended firm. Sandeep from Claim Time handled my case efficiently and brought it to an excellent resolution very quickly. He also promptly answered all my questions.

They provided good service

My solicitor did not explain things clearly to me. They closed my case for no ground reason. They did not help me in getting the compensation which I deserved and was entitled to. I have sought legal expert advice and they have told me that my case can reopen however CTS have failed to contact me.

Initially call and claim taken by Claim today. Subsequently the claim is sold or refereed to another firm of solicitors. I don't know whether it affected my claim amount or otherwise.

Dealt with my claim efficiently.

This is the first ever time I made a accident claim, my friend and me chose 2 different solicitors I chose this one and she chose another to use, she has no information on what is going on with her claim still even though it has been 4 months since the accident whereas claim today Solicitor’s kept me updated all the way through, made it easier for me to sign letters electronically, listened to me, sorted out my claim very quickly and helped me all the way through it.
