I have ordered from this site twice. The first time, it took a while to receive my order, but once I did, I was satisfied. I tried to order another 3 sets, and 2 of them are too big. Per the returns and exchanges policy, there is a 14-day window. I have been emailing for over a week now. So far, no one has answered any of my emails. They do not have a phone number listed. I will not be doing further business and have advised other nurses to steer clear of the site. Someone reached out via FB claiming to be a rep for the company but has since gone silent.

I really regret not reading the reviews before buying. Their service is terrible!!! Quality of the scrubs are cheap feels like SHEIN clothing. They sent me a wrong size shirt that is twice the size of what I actually ordered. So I contacted their “support email”. They responded by gaslighting me and saying the label on the shirt was wrong but that the shirt size is what I had ordered which was not true and stated they would send me two different sized shirts but I would have to pay for the shipping cost. Even though they sent me the wrong size to begin with. I replied with proof of the wrong sizing. They didn’t respond back so I resent another email asking for a complete refund. It took 1 week for them to respond back just to tell me that they will refund me 20% of my refund. Please, never shop here, I have warned all my coworkers that work in healthcare to stay away!

Please do not order from these people! They are from China and their material is very poor! I ordered scrub top and bottom and small but they didn’t not fit me! The top is smaller than small and bottom are bigger then small! The material is shiny and cheap! They would not give me a refund even though I sent items back and had a receipt to confirm the return! Still wouldn’t give me a refund! Do not waste your money from buying from them! No good! Now I’m out of $65 for scrubs and $20 for sending it back! He’s stealing from his buyers!

Shipping from China to the USA didn't take too long. I think I spent too much, but I do like the designs. The fabric is thin, but the style is cute and as pictured. My only problem is that email is the only form of communication for this organization. There is no number to call or address for the organization. I had to email the organization several times to confirm my order.

I ordered a top and bottom in the same color. They arrived and they were entirely different shades!
I wore the bottoms which fit well, but when it came time to unbutton them the first time, the button came off!
I sewed the button back on, and wore them again. Low and behold, the button BROKE! I have never had that happen in my life, ever! These pants werent even tight!

This Clara Scrubs is a completely Scam Company. Horrible quality, thin, cheap materials, colors and size don’t match. They stole Pictures from another Scrubs Company to do their Fake Advertising. Beside all this BS they asked me to send them photos of myself in them so they can decide if they like how they fit me of not! Can you imagine this, they are violating my privacy!!! Terrible customer service who refuses to refund my money and then ghosts you. I lost over $250 to this terrible company.

Horrible! Man told me he had to see photos of me in the scrubs so he could decide how they look, before I could return them. The cheapest, most awful fabric and cuts I’ve ever seen. This company is a complete scam. Don’t waste your money or your time trying to get a refund when they just ghost you.

I'm so disappointed in this company. The quality of the fabric is just terrible. The lack of customer service is worst. They won't refund my money or exchange for anything else. As a nurse you need high quality scrubs that will put up with your shift.

Horrible quality and even worse customer service. False claims of an easy return process. This is a complete scam! I told them I'd report them to Better Business Bureau if they didn't issue a refund.

They steal content from Colombian designers. You are paying for SHEIN quality and these scrubs will arrive 3 months later. Also note, they will send over a fake tracking number. Do not buy from them, save your money. Total scam, also don't expect a reply back from them.
