Se que j'ai beaucoup apprécié c'est que grâce à la mollette + où - ont peut ajusté la dose que l'on souhaite 👌🏻.
Je retrouve vraiment une peau lisse et éclatante de jeunesse mais rides sont visiblement lissées tel que les pattes d'oie, la ride du 🦁lion ma peau et raffermie, rebondie et plus éclatante et mon grain de peau et affiné, et mes pores bien atténués, je suis plus que satisfaite 🤗 Clarins et une marque de luxe que je n'avais pas encore essayé et sincèrement je vais l'intégrer dans ma routine beauté 😍

Les produits sont très chers et pour beaucoup, remplis d'ingrédients problématiques. Allez voir sur ufc que choisir, renseignez vous avant d'acheter ce genre de produits, il y a des marques moins chères et bien meilleures !

I’m surprised to see such bad reviews! I started using the foundation serum after being absolutely desperate for something that doesn’t dry out my skin, doesn’t sit in creases, and doesn’t make me look like a cake. I had NO idea Clarins was this good. I bought 3 different shades now, and as I bought them at Boots, I got 5 promotional products for free.

Safe to say I absolutely loved them, and after thinking about it for a while, I went ahead and bought the eye serum. My skin changed after a few weeks, and my dark circles have improved significantly. People are telling me I look so well!

Now I’m using everything that’s suitable for my skin, and I just placed an order for the face serum! I also scan Clarins with the Yuka app and the ingredients and products are very clean, with great plant extracts! I’m super happy and won’t stop using these products, they really work for me. I glow!

I visited the Clarins counter in Boots, Newcastle a few weeks ago and Laura was so helpful and her customer service skills were excellent. She was so friendly and advised me on the product she thought suitable and then demonstrated how to apply it.
I am delighted with my purchase.

I bought a clarins bronzer compact and it was posted to me and when it arrived it was all in bits inside, not a solid bronzer like it should be. It had been packaged badly and broken. When. I contacted customer services they were so unhelpful and did not offer to replace for me and blamed post( even though they were responsible for packaging)
Waste of money as unusable like this..very expensive.

Alweer pakket niet bezorgd. Na conta met DPD weer te horen gekregen dat op het pakket geen huisnummer stond. DPD moet dan niet bezorgen maar dit is al de tweede keer dat Clarins deze fout maakt. Antwoord van hun servicedesk? Ga alle buren langs… de straat is gelukkig maar 1.5KM lang. Als je binnen 2 dagen niet reageert sluiten ze het ticket. Waarom zouden we niet reageren? Misschien op vakantie? Daarom hadden we de producten besteld. Slechte service dus waardeloos bedrijf.

Sono stata una cliente molto fedele di Clarins per molti anni, ma purtroppo la mia esperienza recente con questo marchio è stata estremamente deludente. Quando ordinavo dal loro e-com, le tempistiche di consegna sono state incredibilmente lunghe, ben oltre quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare da un brand di questa calibro.
Inoltre, ho notato che i prezzi delle creme Clarins sono aumentati considerevolmente, senza un corrispondente miglioramento della qualità. Anzi, direi che la qualità è sensibilmente diminuita. Mi aspettavo molto di più da un marchio che una volta consideravo sinonimo di eccellenza.
Alla fine, ho deciso di passare a Shiseido e devo dire che non sono mai stata più soddisfatta. La qualità delle creme Shiseido è eccezionale, decisamente superiore a quella di Clarins, e il servizio clienti è impeccabile. Sconsiglio vivamente Clarins a chiunque cerchi prodotti di alta qualità e un servizio efficiente.

I have tried several times to contact CLARINS to no avail. Very poor customer relations. They are very selective to what they reply to.
Customer Relations reply by telling you you’ve contacted the Middle East and tell you to contact the exact same email address. CLARINS cannot take negative responses.

J'ai découvert cette marque chez une patiente à moi qui utilise cette marque depuis qu'elle est jeune elle a 90 ans maintenant et franchement elle a une peau superbe. Et c'est vrai les crèmes sont géniales d'une grande qualité. Toute les gammes le sont d'ailleurs, le packaging est très chic j'adore !!❤️

Clarins Double Serum 50ml...I'm 62 and overall have very good skin, but just starting to see a few small creases. Thought I'd treat myself to the double serum as got caught up in the advertising of how good this serum is. My experience is not so good. Even using a very small amount it leaves my skin sticky for hours. Not impressed at all for the price... Waste of money & disappointing!!
Update... Contacted customer service team...nobody gets back to you!!! Very disappointing.

Sono anni che, conoscendo la qualità INDISCUTIBILE dei prodotti Clarins, acquisto online, anziché in profumeria. Offrono spesso taglie da viaggio, pochette, poi con il programma fedeltà anche una full size.
Il corriere BRT offre la consegna nei punti ritiro, molto comoda.
Ho fatto un regalo a un'amica per festa della mamma, e in due giorni è stato consegnato.
Ho SEMPRE trovato in confezione gli omaggi, non capisco come siano possibili le recensioni negative.

I don't want people to be put off by some of the reviews. As the products speak for themselves. And I don't think it's fair to judge through a faulty item or wrong one sent. I have been using Clarins since I was 16. I'm 45 and people say I look in my late 30s. I can't tell you enough about the product. They are all amazing and worth the price. No, I do not work for them. And I am a genuine, loyal customer. Even at Christmas last year, one of the makeup gift bags my order came in had a little mark on it. Not only did they send me another one, but put a little treat in there aswel. My favourite lip gloss. I'm really disappointed to see so many negative comments. It's a shame. Because so many women are missing out. And the loyalty rewards are amazing. Hope you give them a chance. Their products are out of this world.

I have no luck in contacting CLARINS.
I have been using their product…. Eau Dynamisante for many years. The last 3 bottles I bought have been faulty. The atomiser spray stops working?
Anyone else had this problem?

Ich kaufe seit vielen Jahren die Produkte von Clarins und bin sehr zufrieden. Ein Pluspunkt sind die großzügigen Warenproben zum Testen. Ich werde auch weiterhin gerne diese Produkte bestellen.

Usually I would shop instore, however recently I broke my toe and have been housebound so shopped online. They were doing 20% however my order was extremely late because of this promotion. After 10 days my order arrived where I came to find that the night cream I ordered is the wrong one. It’s still the extra firming line, however I ordered ‘all skin types‘ version and received ‘dry skin’ version. I understand that mistakes can happen, however this is not the right product which I ordered and this is incredibly disappointing after the long wait. To top it off I got in touch with customer care who told me to return the product for a refund. So despite it being their mistake, I am expected to go out of my way to return via a post office. I explained I am not mobile at the moment due to my broken toe and asked for an alternative solution. Still awaiting a response. Really disappointing experience in every aspect. I don't feel valued at all and it’s really put me off the brand.

The spray mechanism on the eau dynamisante bottles are definitely not fit for purpose. I was sent a replacement, but that was after having to wait for your Freepost envelope to arrive, then queue in the post office to send it back. I then duly received a replacement, but couldn't believe it when that spray mechanism also stopped working after only a few uses. I have had to go through the same regime once again sending it back, and have now opted to receive a refund. I would have expected though that a brand such as Clarins would have made it far simpler for me, and not expected me to return it a second time, and just simply given me the refund. I also had to call Clarins, and be put on hold for several minutes for them to be able to process my refund. Now I have to wait 5 - 10 working days to receive the refund! Really poor service in my opinion. I will now be looking elsewhere for a similar product which is a real shame as I have bought the eau dynamisante spray for many years and love it. So, so disappointed Clarins. The spray mechanism really needs to be addressed, and quickly before you lose other customers and money replacing the product.
