Great service. Raj was very helpful and patient as we were trying to buy shoes that would accommodate my partner’s disability.

Their customer discounts are confusing. If a poor choice is made, it cannot be corrected. There can be no refund, price adjustment, you are stuck with your choice, The only way to correct the process is to return the shoes.

The staff member Sinead who helped me today in the Salisbury store was very helpful. She was knowledgeable about each shoe type and suggested suitable alternatives when the ones I was after didn’t fit.

We came into the store and was served by Izzy and my son has learning difficulties and is unsure of strangers but Izzy was so caring and calming and my son just took to her and was able to choose shoes thank Izzy for helping my son she is a star and deserves a gold medal

Clarks verweigert mir eine Rückzahlung in Höhe von 550 und lügen mich unverfroren an. Sie behandeln ihre Kunden wie Schmutz. Die Geschäftsleitung sollte sich für so ein Verhalten schämen.

Popped into the Whiteley store for some sandals for my 2 year old grandson. Ayesha served us and she was wonderful with him. Very patient and able to distract him with humour. We came away with sandals for him and also some for me as well.

Onlinekauf: Versand kostet 4,95 €, die Rücksendung, wenn der Schuh nicht passt, dann auch noch mal 4,95. Geht nur mit UPS und das Etikett muss man auch noch selbst ausdrucken. Das sind andere Online-Händler deutlich besser! Werde ich mir merken und hier sicher nichts mehr bestellen.

She was incredibly helpful and patient in assisting us to find the correct shoe size so we could confidently place our online order with Clarks. They took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Their professionalism and friendly attitude were greatly appreciated. (who helped us out) was very helpful and patient with us.And today I bought another 3 pairs, and Muhammad was very gentle,kind,helpful and also patient with us, and so we'd like to give a special mention to them and their wonderful service.
