Compre on line y es una estafa

Compre on line unas zapatillas para mi esposo eso fue a finales de noviembre 2025, por la mala calidad, feo aspecto y talla mas grande tuve que devolverlas, mi pedido es el 1014682785, aun cuando recibi el 17 de diciembre un correo donde confirmaban que habían recibido las zapatillas devueltas, a esta fecha 13 de Enero No HE RECIBIDO MI REEMBOLSO, con lo cual he tratado de comunicarme con atención añ cliente y solo sale un chat con bot de es sencillamente inservible y los,dos correos que he recibido es pidiendo disculpas pero nada de solucionar lo de mi devolución, en consecuencia lo único que puedo pensar es que he sido estafada

Watch out for hidden rules!!

I will try to sumerise my frustrating experience in Malta..
So I purchased a pair of low walking shoes in their sale at 69 euros they rubbed my toe to a blister whilst wearing them in the hotel...I returned them to be told as I hadn't taken the box (although I was not informed that that would be an issue) there was nothing they could do... after a very emotional discussion for over 20; minutes I exchanged for a pair of boots for a higher price again with no box as they kept the box...they were too big so I took them back to be greated with the same palavor 'you have no box!!' I did manage to exchange for a smaller size eventually.
So beware of non UK rules, the customer is not always right in Malta...
And the best part they are advertised c£10 cheaper in the UK!!

Bestellnummer: 1015461130 / Bestellung nicht erhalten

Die Bestellung wurde am 18.12.2025 im Webshop von Clarks aufgegeben. Am 19.12.2025 wurde elektronisch bei UPS ein Versandaufkleber erstellt und ich erhielt eine Sendungsverfolgungsnummer. Der Versandstatus ist jedoch seitdem unverändert.

Versender hat einen Aufkleber erstellt, UPS hat das Paket noch nicht erhalten.

Heute haben wir den 05.01.2026 und seitdem ist offensichtlich nichts passiert. Da scheint System hinter zu stecken wenn man sich so die Bewertungen des letzten Jahres anschaut. Sollte sich diese Woche nichts bewegen, sehe ich eine Falleröffnung via PayPal als unausweichlich.

SAV francophone impossible à avoir

Les frais de retour sont indiqués comme gratuits, aussi bien sur le site que dans le colis.
Pourtant, j’attends toujours le remboursement.
Le service client est basé aux États-Unis et continue d’appliquer la politique américaine, différente de celle affichée sur le site français.
Il est impossible de contacter un support francophone.

Brilliant service in fosse park Leicester

After having a not so good experience in highcross Clarks I went to fosse park Clarks in Leicester, I had a wonderful experience for getting my sons first pair of shoes. I was looked after by Eshanna she was amazing so helpful she measured his feet and I couldn’t find any shoes in his size so she went out of her way to go and find me some from the back, and found me a beautiful pair of first shoes for my son, he was very happy with them. I will definitely be going back to the fosse park Clarks again, thank you for making this special moment even better.

I love Clarks but the delivery service is terrible

I love Clarks, I have many pairs of their shoes but the experience of buying online from the Netherlands is really terrible. They use UPS as their delivery service and many times your shoes are not delivered at home but brought to a Service Point. If you want to return them, you have to pay 4,99 euros and you cannot choose to send it with any other company. UPS is not available in every city, so I had to go to another city to return the shoes.
When I bought them, they said the return was free but they still charged me the 4,99 euros.

I already had 3 pretty bad experiences with their delivery service, so sadly I will stop buying from them.

Customer service eccelente

Ho ricevuto un paio di scarpe la cui scarpa destra mi sembrava difettosa. A dire il vero non ne ero certo, la pelle su scarpe fatte a mano è un po' così. Ho scritto al customer service che mi ha risposto dopo alcuni giorni scusandosi e dicendomi di reinviare se non fossi contento. Alla.fine le ho tenute ma sono stati bravi a rispondere. Cosi posso sicuramente rifare eventuali ordini on line. Io sono soddisfatto.

Clarks est une arnaque !

J’aurais dû lire les avis sur Clarks France avant de passer commande. Je suis vraiment déçue.
J’ai passé une commande sur le site en tant que visiteur le 23 décembre à 13h43, en renseignant correctement mon adresse e-mail. Le montant a bien été débité sur ma carte bancaire, mais je n’ai reçu aucune confirmation par e-mail ni aucun numéro de commande.
J’ai contacté le service client via le formulaire en ligne, mais je n’ai toujours reçu aucune réponse à ce jour.
Une expérience très décevante.
Si je n’ai pas de retour je porterai plainte !

On est le 26 et toujours pas de réponse. Je suis consternée. C la première fois que ça m’arrive pour un achat en ligne. Mon numéro de requête est le 1076641.

Le 29, Clarks dit qu’ils vont me rembourser que c t un bug. Mais je reçois quand même un mail de UPS disant que mon colis sera livré à l’adresse indiquée. Je veux savoir ce qu’il en est svp ?

Delusione

Propongono una scarpa con un prezzo da prodotto di buon livello ,ma le scarpe sono a dir poco deludenti.
Suola in plastica ,scivolosa da negozio cinese,rivestimento sottile.
Scarpa da mercato con prezzo da boutique. Sconsigliate.

gros soucis avec le transporteur UPS qui est injoignable par les clients particulier,qui dit prendre en compte vos demandes par mails professionnels mais qui fais ce qu'il veut et ensuite reporte la faute sur le client. clarks ne fait aucun effort pour essayer de remédier à la situation et finalement préfère punir le consommateur et le rembourser plutôt que chercher une solution.Très déçue. commande faite le 28/11/2025 et remboursée le 13/12.et pas de chaussures!!

Rückerstattung erfolgt seit 6 Wochen…

Rückerstattung erfolgt seit 6 Wochen nicht!
Habe Teile meiner Bestellung zurückgeschickt, die Ware ist bei Clarks mit deren Rücksendeaufkleber am 28.10.25 eingetroffen, die Erstattung sollte innerhalb von 10 Tagen erfolgen. Bis heute, 15.12., keine Erstattung, trotz mehrerer Aufforderungen per Mail.
Heute mich an Paypal gewandt.
Nie wieder, nicht vertrauenswürdig!!!
Die Antwort ist ein Hohn, der Kundensupport wurde mehrfach angeschrieben, zuletzt 14.12., bis jetzt keine Antwort. Habe Paypal eingeschaltet, geht um über 160 €!

Rimborso non effettuato

Servizio clienti veramente pessimo.
Ogni volta che si prova a contattare il servizio clienti bisogna aspettare nel migliore dei casi una settimana per avere una risposta.
Ma non è questa la cosa peggiore: dopo aver ricevuto il mio ordine (con la scatola completamente distrutta come descritto da altre recensioni a causa di un imballaggio inesistente) ho deciso di fare il reso in quanto le scarpe erano leggermente grandi per me.
Ho provveduto allora alla spedizione del pacco come da indicazioni e tutto è andato come previsto, se non per il fatto che sono già passati 32 giorni dal momento (12 Novembre 2025) in cui ho ricevuto la mail da parte di Clarks che mi comunicava che avrei ricevuto il rimborso entro 14 giorni da quella comunicazione.
Vorrei inoltre far notare che prima di quella mail, in data 27 Ottobre 2025, ho ricevuto un'altra mail che mi confermava che il mio reso era stato accettato e che, ancora una volta, il mio rimborso sarebbe stato processato entro 14 dalla ricezione di quella mail.
In data 26 Novembre 2025 allora ho deciso di contattare il servizio clienti per avere spiegazioni ma senza una risposta.

Vi sconsiglio vivamente di comprare sul questo sito web perchè oltre al servizio clienti completamente inesistente, gli imballaggi sono totalmente un disastro e vi garantisco che le vostre scarpe arriveranno probabilmente danneggiate e con la scatola distrutta.

Mancato Rimborso

Effettuato un rimborso per un paio di scarpe con numero sbagliato.
Pacco spedito in data 25/10/2025, rimborso accettato in data 29/10/2025 ma ancora nessun accredito.
Il servizio clienti dice che hanno effettuato il rimborso ma non ho ricevuto nulla, né su PayPal né sul conto in banca.

Une catastrophe

J'ai fait un achat en ligne que j'ai renvoyé. J'ai attendu 2 mois pour être remboursée. Ce n'est pas faute de les contacter mais ils font la sourde oreille, vous ignorent et vous renvoie des mails automatiques : nous avons bien reçu votre colis, vous serez remboursé sous 14 jours ...
Vraisemblablement je ne suis pas la seule, c'est une honte.
Fuyez !

Je pense que vous m'avez mal lu. Comme précisé plus haut j'ai bien été remboursée mais j'ai attendu deux mois.
Deux mois d'attente ce n'est pas normal. Par votre réponse je pensais que vous feriez un geste commercial, et bien non.
Aucune envie de recommander chez vous.

Bonjour, je n'ai reçu aucun courriel de votre part. J'ai bien entendu vérifié mes spams.
Merci de me tenir informée.

Appalling Service

I ordered a pair of trainers on line on 15th Nov, the consignment was lost? Clarks sent out a replacement on 3rd Dec, I am still awaiting delivery 2 weeks later?
The most appalling company I've ever dealt with ? Avoid at all costs.

Pessimo servizio insieme a UPS.

Mi accodo alla moltitudine di gente insoddisfatta che non ha ricevuto il proprio acquisto e non ha ricevuto supporto ne' da Clarks ne' da UPS.
Non scrivo la mia esperienza perche' e' identica a quella di decine di altre persone e nonostante queste recensioni pessime continuano a lavorare coi piedi.
Pessimi.
