I will like to apply zero stars, the worst ever. That are literally scam artist, fraudulent they take take take never give, take your money to sign on for jobs than early assign jobs, they never pay fairly or even at all,I am disgusted with this cleanster company, they have failed once when going by the name of Tidy and I worked with them as well and had exactly the same issues, they obviously haven't learned from their mistakes, now they're all over LinkedIn boosting about there progress with property managing companies but yet never pay there cleaners, they received a loan for 3 million dollars claiming to support there cleaners with on timely payments but yet I'm here to tell you it's fraudulent that haven't paid me promised to but have me the run around and still hasn't paid me, I'm sure they doing this to allot of cleaners making excuses that it's due to the change in payment platforms but yet they've been using this same excuse, if you can't pay your cleaners you can't run a company duh common sense, have some integrity be honest about it allow the cleaner to decide but no you rather choose to deceive. Well it's time everyone gets together and get these scammers out of business so they can stop taking advantage of people, we don't need to do a class action case, we can all file individually with a paupers affidavit, we won't have to pay anything out of pocket, take them to court evidence document everything and they broke the law and you have proof therefore you win and they will now have to pay court cost, what they owe and for emotional distress and of financial set back this has caused. I was really disappointed in them I thought this was gonna be something I could gain from but instead lost more than I gained way more loss than gain, A ongoing headache and these people are heartless they just really don't care. That's the close and personal truth.SMH in disappointment. 🛑 WARNING DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN CLEANSTER. THAT ARE FRAUDULENT🛑😩

They stopped paying me after i cleaned for them the 3rd time. They havent paid me for 3 jobs i completed!

I still haven't gotten paid i email them they don't email back I want my payment or my lawyer is already investigating yall.

I had been with this company for over four years. Everything was fine until I had a problem with a customer trying to pleasure himself while I was working. I left and let the company know.And I still have not been paid for that job. Because of that, I decided to leave and I still have not been paid for the very last job.I did with them. I worked my butt off for them.\nAll to be ignored.

We’ve gotten off to a bad start twice with scheduling, but the service that these hard workers put into our apartment makes up for all that fixable mess.
We walked inside and the place looked brand new. She was very kind and didn’t leave anything behind. She got those nasty stains out behind the couches, deep cleaned inside oven, deep cleaned inside of refrigerator, and deep cleaned bathrooms. Bedroom looked like a hotel. After a long day we showered and slept like babies!
Please send us more deals in the future and we’ll definitely use your services again. Thanks Cleanster.

It would be a great app if it was ran with more organization. I had multiple people contacting me about cleans. Asking me repetitive questions. Then I was asked to do multiple cleans, which i eded up spreading out in two days, When I arrived at the first location, I met two ladies who saw me with cleaning supplies and asked if we where with cleansterpro and told me that they were waiting on delayed payments so beware. 2nd REDFLAG. I completed the cleaning task both days and have yet to be paid. The website and app claim that payment is next day if you have paypal or venmo. I had 3 different numbers repeatedly texting me on the days I worked but all ignored my text to them about payments.

If you are not being paid contact the labor department, the attorney general consumer fraud in the state you are working. You can also try the media, Belkin. Google who you can find a complaint against cleanser and see what comes up. Never take money out your pocket to pay to clean a clients anything.

Go to jobs at the last minute it no sense of urgency to pay cleaners who are working for crumbs anyway I have been waiting on payments for months with this company call no answer email no answer but they will blow your phone up for these 60$ jobs but will not pay you for the work done Landing is a horrible company as well I want my money CLEANSTER I didn’t want to take it here a lawsuit is next it should not take 2months for me to be paid when my contract says in 3 hours with Venmo Disgusting

As a pro using the cleanster pro app, I would rate 0 or negative stars if it were possible. From the very start I have had nothing but issues. When I arrived on my first job I was unable to access the apartment because the code cleanster gave me was wrong and they would not answer their phone or chat to help me. It took me 2 hours of trying before I was able to get in the room. Once the job was completed my payout was supposed to be after 9pm same day job was completed but it took me complaining for a week before I received it. The second time I arrived at a job site I had 2 apartments to clean. I could not access either door because both codes were wrong. After sitting in the hallway for 1 hour trying to get ahold of them I was finally able to get into the rooms. I collected the linens from the first room and went to take them to the basement to be washed. Once in the laundry area I discovered that the only way to do laundry is to pay for the washers yourself and only with a debit card and I only had cash. I contacted cleanster and waited another 30 min for them to tell me the only way I would be able to wash them would be to take them to an outside facility and pay for it and get reimbursed. So once I get back upstairs to the first room the latch key is dead and my purses jacket and cleaning supplies are all inside that room. For 4 hours I was back and forth with cleanster trying to figure out how to get in this room. After sitting in hallway all that time they finally tell me the only way to access it would be to buy a wireless charger and charge the latch key. My purse was in the room with all the money I had so I had no way to purchase a charger. I ended up having to find someone with the ability to share their phone charge to get into the room which took another hour. So for one room I already had 6 1/2 hours in and I hadn’t even been able to clean it yet. So I went to the second room and cleaned it. When It was all said and done I had spent about 10 hours at this job site for a total of $120.00 dollars. Except that…. That was over 2 weeks ago and I still have not received my payout from cleanster for that job and I have tried to get in contact with the numerous times and they don’t even have the decency to respond. Not only this but I am still waiting to be paid from the first job over 2 months ago for a reimbursement for laundry. I have tried everything to get paid for the work I did and it’s like they are punishing me because they wanted me to go back the next day to trouble shoot the lock and I declined. They have contacted me several times for jobs since then and I have declined with the reason that I will not accept any more jobs until I am paid for the last ones I did. But they refuse to answer the phone or respond to messages regarding any payout. This is the worst app I have ever used and you are making a mistake if you accept any work through them. They are thieves. And they do not care about the cleaners that use their app. The jobs and headache are not worth the money you most likely won’t ever see anyways. I have finally filed a formal demand letter for payment and if they don’t pay me within 7 days I will file this for arbitration because their contract blocks you from suing them in small claims court.

Omg theses people never pay there cleaners on time. It's ridiculous. They have every excuse . I finally got paid for Dec 4th.. now they owe for Dec 10 .. and now it's Dec 16 and still says pending . Such bull...I don't recommend this company to anyone..

I am a cleaner and I have not been paid. I've called.sevetal times, emailed them, and received no feed back. I am highly annoyed. I have never not been paid for.my services. This company is fake and needs to be put out of business.

This platform is very unfair to cleaners. They only care about their clients experiences and don't respect the cleaners' time. Some stuffs from their checlists are so ridicule plus payments takes months, never count on their payment for same month budget you have to project it to the end of 2nd or 3rd month budget. Well you did asked me for a review and I'm not going to lie about my experience. Before becoming a cleaner with them ensure you have another source of income supporting your monthly expenses. Plus they make such unreasonable demand sometimes such as asking you to travel faraway city for cleaning knowing you don't drive and aren't willing to pay the traveling fees and they'll tell you to bring cleaning supplies and equipment too. They only pay 10$ for supplies when they all know it’s higher than that.

Had me do three separate jobs back to back and never got paid. No one will even respond. There’s no one to talk to. They only hit you up when they want you to do more jobs and when you ask them where your payment is cricket if you don’t hear anything back from them.

This company is an absolute disgrace. The way they treat cleaners is unbelievable and downright disrespectful. Payments take TWO WEEKS OR MORE, even though they can release funds in seconds. Meanwhile, cleaners are out here struggling to pay bills, buy food, or even put gas in their cars to get to the next job. It’s cruel and unacceptable.

They claim jobs come through the app—LIE. You sit there waiting while they handpick favorites and ignore everyone else. But the moment they’re desperate, they will blow your phone up nonstop, begging you to take a client. The second YOU need help? They vanish. Calls go straight to voicemail. Messages ignored. No support. No accountability. Nothing.

Their so-called “background checks” are a joke. Customers have no real idea who’s walking into their home, and cleaners have no protection either. On top of that, they expect cleaner to show up with your own supplies while customers rarely tip and the company does NOTHING to make things fair.

This company is a nightmare. It drains your energy, disrespects your time, and plays with your livelihood like it means nothing. Cleaners deserve better than this mess. I’m speaking from experience when I say this platform is a complete scam-like operation and absolutely should not be trusted by anyone—cleaner OR client.

I have worked for cleanster fake asses for months now. I still haven't gotten paid for a job I did at the beginning not Oct it is now The end of November. I always do an outstanding job. Clients are always happy. So they told me to change my payout. To my PayPal. Cleanster said it would be easier and faster. Ok I did that. . and still no payment. Can't find nobody to talk to. Buy they are still calling me to see if I wanna take jobs. Hell No I wanna get paid. This company is a joke!!!

Cleanster overcharges the client and underpays if they pay at all their pros. Very toxic jobs. Misrepresented hours when most jobs take twice the time because they do not look at the job first. They owe me hundreds of $s. They pay the small jobs but still waiting for the higher paid ones to come through. They'll blame Venmo but it's not Venmo. I hope there comes a time where they have to be accountable over their user agreement. It's a catch 22 and it's wrong to have to get work through these places to get work during hard times as I'm going through. Trying my hardest and this place has put my other jobs at risk by playing with my income. Everyone has the right to know that the good reviews are untrue on the pro side of things. I do good work so possibly the reviews are good because of the actual pro. Not the company. Can't figure out where to add pictures.

I have had an excellent experience with Cleanster. There were some scheduling issues the first time but we figured it out. All of the cleaners have been kind and highly competent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I’ve done jobs for this company and you have to fight with them to get your money. They will call you begging to take jobs from them and won’t pay you

En plus en pleine debut de ma première neige au canada. L'entreprise communique suffisamment et c’est vraiment appréciable.
