Items came on time but did not understand the process, dont know how to order extra charms for my bracelet without buying another bracelet,not Pandora but good value for money

Always have a brilliant service from this company. The products are good and I always receive a free gift with every order. The quality and value are amazing and the delivery comes in a few days.

Avoid getting involved with this company. They bombard you with text messages about offers. Blocked it lots of times and still the text messages come through. Getting really annoying now

I ordered some items ages ago and now I get texts all the time it’s really harassing me now ,avoid this company

Stop texting me every day two texts a day, I bought one thing two years ago. Now leave me the hell alone, would never buy anything else off you ever, STOP HARASSING ME WITH TEXTS

I found the advent calendar and other items ordered to be of very cheap, poor quality. They don't feel worth the supposed reduced price. Had I have paid the apparent full price they most certainly would have been returned. I wrote about this on a post and they deleted my comment. Only positive comments remained. To add insult to injury I am bombarded with texts from this company despite emailing them, unsubscribing, commenting on Facebook and sending them a Facebook message which they have all ignored. I can't block the number as they don't come through as a number. These texts come at all hours and often wake me up. Avoid at all costs would be my advice. Cheap Christmas cracker quality items with worse service.

Ordered for the first time on Monday, Received my order today. Very impressed with the quality of the jewellery and the short delivery time, also great prices and was emailed when order was complete advising its on its way.

Beautiful Christmas crackers…. They were a hit on Christmas Day! Loved them so much that I’ve bought more in the Sale for next Christmas…. We’ll packaged, free gift plus a complimentary little unexpected extra…

Clear crystal are very good . My order arrived as promised in two days. I ordered the advent calendar and the crackers. The bracelet from the advent calendar is lovely. I would highly recommend them

I Have ordered several times and always received beautiful jewellery in quick time. Free gifts have been gorgeous and everyone comments on how lovely the items are. One piece was missing from a bracelet and this was sent without question by first class post. Please treat yourself to something lovely. You won't be disappointed.

I ordered the box of 6 crakers it says 3 male and 3 female gifts in each box. I received 2 male and 4 female. I emailed and the response was the perfume atomiser is unisex as you can put aftershave in it!. I can't argue with that, but not many men I know would want a perfume atomiser...
The free gift of a pair of lightweight earings broke immediately ... Big waste of money, would not recommend this company. Will definitely not use again.

I ordered some christmas crackers on the 24th of november, as yet they have still not arrived and I have had no card through the door from royal mail to say that I have missed the delivery. I have tried to phone crystal clear but I just keep getting cut off. I have also tried their email address but it just goes on to their information pages about delivery services. I am very disappointed because I have no way of contacting them or getting my money back which with the delivery charge is £ 32.48 pence

They harass you with emails and texts despite being told not to I have asked them to stop and will go to police next

I needed to order a pack of 6 crackers but needed 4 female and 2 male. I emailed and spoke to Chloe who then got the packers to put blue and pink stickers on the crackers as I am going to give 2 of the crackers to a friend of mine and wanted 1 male and 1 female. Wanted the rest for my family. Was delighted and grateful that this was done for me.

Thank you for the excellent service, was delighted with the white gold bracelet and free gifts, will definitely use again, don't understand the negative reviews, probably pedantic people, thanks very much hilda loved her order.

I ordered 2021 edition calendar it came in just under a week and the jewellery that’s in it is absolutely gorgeous and I got a bracelet necklace and earrings as a free gift.
Will be ordering again from them and the beauty is they are Uk 🇬🇧 based in Bury and not from USA or China.

Do not I repeat do not order earring backs from this company. They are cheaply made, weightless and simply do not work. The free gift I received is equally nasty, cheap and weightless.
You have been warned.

I ordered a tennis bracelet , and some earring backs , I am absolutely blown away with them and my Free gifts , I had a call on friday to say that only one pair of the earring backs had been sent out and not 2 pairs so to expect another parcel which arrived today , the quality is second to none , I received a beautiful necklace and 2 pair of earrings as my Free gift , the tennis bracelet is stunning and excellent quality , I will be ordering again from this company they couldn't Help enough , well done clear crystal , and thank you .
