Ordered the Christmas crackers and haven't opened them so the quality remains to be seen. However, the free gift, a very sweet bracelet, snapped immediately I unclasped it. I'm really hoping the quality of the cracker gifts is better than the bracelet.

The quality of the products is very poor absolutely not worth the £60 plus I spent on Christmas crackers brooches earrings and a necklace . I believed the spiel that said the prices were 70% off never never! The necklace is so very fine and weightless it could never be worn , nothing looks or feels like quality. I made a big mistake here !

I ordered a silver diamonte ring which was lovely however my free gift was a rose gold necklace well I was hoping for the diamonte bangle so I could give both as a present but I myself and people I know do not wear rose gold so the free gift was useless to me I would expect if your getting a free gift then the free gift should be in the sane colour metal that you ordered your jeweller in as if I like rose gold then I would have ordered my jewellery piece in the rose gold colour. Maybe it's something that could be looked at.

I ordered two rings from there and had a free necklace extremely happy and they are beautiful would highly recommend!!

This is my first time ordering and I will definitely order again. The delivery was very quick and my items came beautifully packaged. The free gift was beautiful as well.

I ordered the blue diamond heart pendant and earrings gift set for my mom for mother's days they arrived 2 days later and they are absolutely beautiful came with a gift box and a free beautiful necklace that my daughter has decided she wants absolutely fantastic for the price will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered a Christmas box in the sale after Christmas which came with 5 amazing items. I bought these on a whim from a Facebook add which I don't usually do but am so glad I did. The items were amazing and beautiful and an added bonus of some of my fav chocolates to go with. Will definitely be ordering again.

I ordered the Valentine's crackers late on Tuesday evening and they arrived today with a free gift and a scratch card. I won't be opening them until tomorrow but very efficient service.

Terrible service have been waiting 2 weeks for goods email address to contact Them does not work correspondence returned as unavailable have written sending it via recorded delivery will raise a refund with my bank
Do not use them

Ordered a Christmas 'Luxury' Gift box for my wife, to include a mystery free gift. Received one small item with a couple of chocs and a flimsy flat pack piece of card. I was embarrassed to even give it to my wife. Emailed the company four times and tried to call more than several times to no avail. Sorely disappointed and do not recommend anyone ever do business with them.

Items were not as described I have emailed but no reply and family members ordered 18th December still no delivery of their items its not a cheap order either will never ever use again

Not worth the money. The crackers description says 3 male 3 female gifts and it also gives the box gives impression that there are 6 different gifts. I ended with 4 pairs of earrings and 2 pens. Very disappointed and not impressed.

I ordered before 20 December and have still not received any of my £56 order! Very disappointed. My account details say completed but clearly this is not the case. Have emailed them a few times no response from them as yet. Do not order from this company.

It stated I would have before Christmas but guess what. No delivery. Really wish I had read some of these reviews before spending £47.
Please don't use this company as its a scam.

I ordered earrings for myself,they turned up in 24hrs. And I got a beautiful pendant as a free gift. Service and communication first rate . I'm looking forward to buying more thank you

This site sell you there products but don’t deliver and deny having received any orders
They told me that it was not there products .
Clearly it is and now won’t even speak to me. I ordered 2 boxes and still they deny it.
If they were any kind of reputable company they would try to resolve .

Very dissappointed with crackers, definitely not worth the money I payed. Was at least expecting a nice necklace from what they show on box and what they showed in video. and most definitely not worth £99 from what they say in first place. From the things I received in crackers they would not add upto the price I payed.
I would never buy from these again

Certainly not worth the money for the crackers at £29.99. Disappointed at this price, if I’d paid £99 for them I’d have gone mad.
Even at £29.99 you expect the cracker itself to be good quality, these are flimsy lightweight no better than a supermarket cracker and Ive taken a peak and the contents aren’t any better if I’m honest
