Terrible product. Design flaws with the pitcher itself, I had to replace the top part twice cause it keeps falling off. Also, filters are inconsistent. One time the water goes through another it doesn’t. Every month we have the same issue. They also claim you should replace it every 3 months but we ended up replacing it once a month, otherwise it takes an entire night to fill the pitcher once. It’s a full time job to filter the water.

Makes me feel safer from toxins in the water.

I have been with this great company for years and i will be with them forever. Their water system (3 pitchers) are reasonably priced and worth every penny. Pure water is very important to me with cancer(remission) and my furbabies. Their business ethics are the top of the line. So kind. They answer any questions you may have. I am so pleased and I truly recommend this product... for your health. Cheers!

My replacement filters arrived in good shape and in a timely manner. They are easy to replace. However, the process to press water into the filter to rinse it is cumbersome. The flavor of the water is excellent.

Thives CLEARLY FILTERED charges customers for filters & never sends them awful garbage bag company USE ANOTHER SYSTEM THIS SUCKS

If you want the cleanest water from your refrigerator or water bottle THIS IS IT!! The water tastes so clean. It is wonderful knowing you are not ingesting lead, plastics and medications in our drinking water. Yes, the refrig filter is a little pricey but it is WELL worth it. Stop buying filters you change often but it isn't really filtering the poisons/toxins in our water. Your health is worth the money!! Excellent customer service. This company is dynamic!

I've had my Clearly Filtered Pitcher for about 5 months now and am very happy with it. I travel most of the time and I love that i can take it with me and have healthy and great tasting water wherever I go. I appreciate having the filters sent to me regularly, so I change them in a timely basis.

the warranty and customer service is absolutely horrible. I had a referral account with them which only generated me about 20-30 dollars towards anything on their site. however, the program was discontinued and i did not get this. I did not know this and when i reached out to them, i was told that there's nothing they can do. This is very disappointing since i have raved and supported the company since it's early days. I'd talk to all my family and friends about it.

If the company would be cheap over $20-30 dollars i can't image how their customer service is for other serious issues.

They don't even manufacture their own products, they are simply drop shippers.

Customer Service is terrible. The package has not moved according to tracking and the message from USPS is that the package was not accepted. Clearly Filtered says it's not their problem and to contact the postal service, which says to contact the merchant. If you want to lose $500 and not get your merchandise, Clearly Filtered is the way to go.

I have two of the clearly filtered pitchers. They are great. Water tastes delicious. One is with my son in Troy NY. Troy has particularly bad tasting water - this is a known fact among all the students at my son's school.
I have had to get replacement of one pitcher due to leakage and a part of a pitcher that broke. In both cases customer service replaced both items. And while they did that they were courteous, helpful and thorough. It was a very easy and simple transaction. Based on my interactions with Clearly Filtered and the quality of their products I will continue to do business with them.

My water tastes like fresh well well water from northern Michigan. My water no longer stinks or has a film on it. Please totally avoid the one that starts with a B and does nothing but takes your money.

I had been looking for weeks to buy a new water pitcher. There are some that sound really great and it was hard to make the decision but once I read up about clearly filtered, I felt it did the most, and reduced the most contaminants plus I like the design of the pitcher was easy and not a complicated filter which sometimes they can be. I have bought two bottles and recommended Clearly Filtered to a friend, who is really pleased with his water bottle. The water quality, the price, the convenience and the customer service are tops. I buy filters in bulk so I don't run out.

My family is aware of the adverse affects of heavy metals and fluoride in drinking water. The Clearly Filtered system addresses our concerns thoroughly. Further, the warm, courteous, and responsive Customer Care was helpful in addressing my questions about the difficulties with my last filter by sending a complimentary Priming Bag.

Filters are lost in the mail , they have been in the same location which is 2 hrs away from us. Called customer service and she said it was our problem to find them. We ordered on 8th and it is the 23rd today, Anyone know of a good water filter pitcher that takes care of their customers?

Clearly Filtered is amazing! I can taste the difference immediately. I work in multiple states and take my pitcher with me so I can have clean water to cook with and drink. We also have a fridge filter at our home. We love the way the clean water tastes and will never drink from tap again. We also have the water bottles. You have to suck very hard to get the water through the filter but having clean water wherever we go with worth that extra effort. Clearly Filtered also gives some of their profits back to the community and I think that is wonderful. When we order we get to choose between multiple charities and I like having a say in what charities I'm helping to support.

Very pleased with the ease of setting up, the way it looks on the counter, rather elegant and inviting one to pour a glass. It doesn't take up much space, the smell, taste and texture of the water is pleasing. I am extremely sensitive to these things. We were drinking Distilled for a few years and any difference is extremely subtle.
