I've had a great experience working with my mortgage adviser, Gerry, and I've actually used him three times now. Every time, from start to finish, he's made the whole process feel much less stressful by explaining everything clearly and honestly.
Gerry is always quick to respond to questions (even outside office hours) and goes above and beyond to make sure I understand all my options before making any decisions. His knowledge and professionalism really stand out, and I've always felt that he has my best interests at heart.
What impressed me most is his dedication. He works hard behind the scenes to secure the best possible deal and keeps me updated every step of the way. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble.
I'm genuinely grateful for all the hard work and support over the years, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Gerry and Cleveradvice to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and knowledgeable mortgage adviser.

Cameron Green is the absolute boy! Painless service. I had hit a few brick walls with a few tricky issues to overcome. Not only was his service impeccable, he took all of the pressure out of the process at a time when it was certainly needed.

We started our journey with a complex case and no experience of buying a house. Nazneen was fantastic, she made everything very easy by explaining things in a language we could understand. I remember Nazneen reassuring me when I was so stressed I was struggling to sleep and she would tell me that’s why she was there, so we didn’t have to worry.
Nazneen was very easy to talk to and her responses are super quick.
Not only did Nazneen manage to get us a mortgage offer, she also got us one with one of the lowest interest rates and even I could not believe it.
I cannot recommend Nazneen enough. Do get in touch with her if you are looking to buy a house and you will be glad you did.

I contacted Nazneen Anwar as I was looking to buy a house by myself and the amount I could borrow wasnt looking great as I work part time and have three children. When we were almost ready to give up, tired of being told our dreams wouldn’t be possible and after endless chats with brokers that just weren’t interested nor helpful we came across a review for Naz and decided to give it one last go! Today we received our mortgage offer. Despite Covid/self-employment/missed payments and everything else we chucked her way nothing phased Naz, she was confident she could help us and she has been fantastic! Her communication throughout the process has been second to none. She kept us updated throughout, answered our many (many!) questions promptly and was always at the end of the phone if we needed something answered or clarified. Naz, we cannot thank you enough and would highly recommend you to anyone.

Has proved to be the best mortage broker so far. Very professional and efficient. Knows her stuff so well. Has proved she can work with complex cases. My cases was not easy at all, after being told by other advisors that l needed to wait to have 12months worth if payslips. Naz proved she was able to by pass those obstacles and provided me with a mortgage from one of the high Street lenders. I strongly recommend her to anyone in need of her services. I’ve seen posts on here of people obtaining their mortgage offers and sat thinking to myself I’m gonna do one and say this etc etc but now I am actually here I am speechless! I don’t think I can put into words what Nazneen M Anwar has done for us!

From hearing at the start of April we had no chance of obtaining a mortgage due to my partners bad credit, I reached out to Naz in the hopes we could try one more time to try and find a way to become home owners! We went from a no from 2 different brokers in April to receiving this email literally 15 minutes ago and it honestly feels so surreal!!!

I reached out to Naz on the 20th of August and today on the 31st October, we have our offer. She made this possible for us and I would recommend her 100 times over. Naz is absolutely amazing at what she does & nothing is too much for her. You can reach her on messenger, WhatsApp, Email at any hour of the day and she will reply!!! I never had to chase her for information because as soon as she knew any info big or small, she was straight on the phone to us! She is honestly just amazing!

I’ve thought now for a couple days how I can put into words what Naz has done for us and it’s really tough, because I don’t think she will ever truly know how much it has meant to me and my little family.

We came across Naz by chance and we had previously spoken to around 4 brokers who had all told us No! Our case was a tricky one and due to Covid it was even harder, but we knew we had one last chance to try and get our forever home.

We contacted Naz on a Friday evening and Naz spent her time over that Weekend getting us a mortgage in principal, she moved so quickly as we had been given an offer on our current home and needed someone to help us urgently. We were over the moon finally someone who had not given up on us.

From that point on I haven’t had to chase Naz once, she’s so efficient, professional, contactable and most of all so so lovely!

I could call, WhatsApp and get hold of Naz any hour of the day and she replies (nothing was ever too much trouble) - she’s just amazing!

If Naz hadn’t of come to our rescue that weekend we were going to give up. We are now going through the process of purchasing our new home, we have our mortgage offer and things are moving smoothly. Thank you 🎉.

All this has been possible due to Naz and we’re forever grateful for that.

Naz genuinely cares, you aren’t just another client, she wants to help and has your best interest at heart.

I contacted Nazneen on the advice of a colleague and I have not regretted it. I had a bad experience many years ago with a mortgage advisor and was really reluctant to get involved with one again.

Given my personal time constraints I had to use a mortgage advisor and I’m just so pleased I did . Naz assured me right at the beginning of the process and kept me up to date regularly , I wasn’t an easy client as I was bidding for loads of houses and was just getting no where. I was stressing and Naz just kept reassuring me and in fact she called me on a weekend just to reassure me when I had a major wobble.

Anyway I can assure you , you won’t regret enlisting the services of Nazneen, she us more than a mortgage advisor .

I move into my lifetime home in 2 weeks !!!

Nazneen provided us with an incredibly professional and personal service throughout our mortgage process.
