Nazneen what can I say but incredible mortgage advisor, always on hand to put you at ease and keep you on track, never left not knowing what’s going on always available when needed for guidance or in my case reassurances, the whole process nazneen makes it as easy and stress free as a mortgage application can be and you know your in good hands with her , thank you so much for all your help I wouldn’t have coped without you!

Naz was so knowledgeable about the complexity of my situation and within a few days had identified a lender and I had a decision in principle. From DIP to offer she has been in constant contact and working with me to compile all the necessary information and I’ve received my offer promptly. I can’t recommend Naz enough. Nazneen Anwar is most amazing person I met, I have seen very few people in my life who love there work. She always there to help me and answer my questions. in the start it's looks very difficult the whole mortgage process but in her presence it's never been

We dealt with Nazneen few weeks ago regarding mortgage. Prior to this , approached few brokers in past without success.

Having 2 mortgage products to run parallel was not easy but you did it.

I was a first time buyer who had been advised by different mortgage brokers that i would not be able to get a mortgage .The main reason for not getting the mortgage was low credit score,
I was very disappointed,it was really complicated case .
By the time i approached Nazneen Anwar and she has gone above and beyond throughout the process to find me a mortgage .
She never gave up on me she was always available for any question via telephone,text,email and even in person .

In today's world its hard to find professionalism and people who go that extra mile to help others. I found it difficult to obtain a mortgage and gave up trying the high street banks and other mortgage organisations who guarantee great mortgage deals and months done the line they are still trying to find a lender. I contacted Clever Advice as a last straw and I was introduced to Nazneen Anwar, and upon initial conversation Nazneen gave me positive advice that she will help find me a lender, I was very unsure as I had a lot of companies letting me down however, Nazneen always gave me reassurance that she will do her best, and always kept me regularly informed of my application process. Within weeks I was found a lender still nervous and worried, but again I was reassured that everything will be okay as long as I have all the relevant documents required, although there were a lot of paper work to submit and documents to sign, as with every mortgage or remortgages, it was a very fast process and thanks to Nazneen everything was fine. I can't begin to express how grateful I am for this young lady, not only has she got me something I thought was impossible, she has changed my life for the best and I can't be happier for what this lady has done for me.

Despite being in a tricky situation, Naz was able to find me a fantastic deal and I couldn't be happier. She was very thorough and made sure she had all the information needed to ensure there were no surprises. The process was very quick and it was 2 weeks from initial call to me receiving an offer.
