I couldn't be happier with the service i received from click loans , i will be recommending them to everyone that will listen, i struggled with every other lender i went to, they had the can to attitude and helped my dream become a reality and purchase my first home.

I was hesitant at first to use an online lender but Click Loans exceeded all expectations. Online application process was easy and settlement occurred within 3 weeks. Was able to save money and also got a free offset account.

I had one criteria, which was please get back to me whether you can give me a loan or not. After much initial enthusiasm I never heard from them again. 3 phone calls, countless emails asking for a reply and nothing. I'm sick of filling out all the necessary paperwork and then be treated like I don't exist. Don't waste your time.

Whilst our experience was a somewhat long and drawn out process we are very happy with the end result. We now have a better loan with a lower interest rate and no annual fees. The team working on our loan were always helpful, returning calls and assisting with queries and we would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Like everybody else try to search for better home loan, after some period of searching I've had found the right home loan that was The Click Loans. We had a great guy to help us get the loan started. Joseph was helpful and friendly and also very knowlegable about the products and he got us one that siuted us to a tee. We then were dealing with Mathu and she heped us through the sometimes confusing documentaton part of all loans, but with her guidance, it went through relatively smoothly. Now that the loan is settled, we have the availability to contact both of them if we need any further help which is great costumer service.
Our next project is to now buy an investement property, so I will definately be back in contact with Joseph to get a loan for that as we already spoke about that and he has a few options for me.

I was with one of the major banks. They do not pass on the reserve bank rate cuts and charged you fees. and even increase the interest rate.
I now have an extra $4500 a year in my pocket with a lower weekly home loan repayment. and a hell of a cheaper interest rate.
( no fees at all as well)
they even passed on to me the reserve bank rate cut instantly.
you have to be nuts giving the big four banks that extra money when you could give it to your kids or spend it on yourself or pay extra to the loan.

Too easy is the latest saying and too easy it was. Our mortgage expert Sarah Walwyn was never too busy and was always too easy to talk to.
With a full 1 percent less then our big4 bank why wouldn't we switch.

Simple, straightforward loans company. No branches, just online which is what I like. Easy to use loans online portal and well priced product.
Staff have been good to deal with.
