Paul and Victoria were both fabulous to work with. They were extremely supportive and answered our questions readily. The loan process was easy- due to them being on top of everything. Would definitely recommend them to others.

Felt like i was being delt with on a personal level rather than just a number like the big four. Friendly staff and help is just a phone call away. Just settled my loan so i hope it continues to be smooth sailing.

If you are just after a great interest rate Click loans /Peppers will do. If you are after an easy to operate account I suggest you look elsewhere.Big thanks to Simon Gewargis and Sam Hyman for there extra effort. I know they mean well but the rest of the team and or the systems in place are frustrasting the hell out of me. I have lowered my expectations considerably but it appears that Click /peppers have been lowering there standards to suit. I never thought I would say that sometimes the best rates are just too expensive without a supportive network. Really happy with the service. The whole process of refinancing our loan was very smooth and easy. The team at ClickLoans guided us every step of the way. When you go yo website they advise the application and ID/verification process is online - this is not the case. You apply online and then still have to send in verified docs from a PO or JP. What disappoints me is that theu they are not being completely honest and in an age where a service provider needs to be transparent they are opaque.

The team at Click were all amazing, Sarah, Lauren & Vinh were all so helpful and efficient , they returned all our phone calls and emails in a very timely manner, they guided us through the processes and made the refinance fast and painless.

I would be more than happy to recommend Click to my Family & Friends.

My experience of using Click Loans has been very positive starting with a exceptionally high standard of customer service from Simon Gewargis who walked me through my options and helped me identify the best product for my needs. Simon was on hand at any time to answer my questions and help me with the myriad of documents I needed to provide to support my application.

Also, I really liked the website and ease of using the document portal to upload my documents including the identify verification software which saved me having to take copies of ID and have it verified on paper by a JP - extremely convenient.

Now that my application has been approved Click Loans have been in touch to make sure I am ok with reading the documents and clear on what the next steps are. All of the staff I have come across have been very helpful, friendly and proactive in assisting me.

Within 2 hours of myself logging onto their website and following the steps provided i was called by a home loan concierge John.

He was not pushy like the rest of the brokers i had been dealing with, he took the time to listen to my situation and guided me through the best package to suit my needs.
With the knowledge he proved regarding helping me as i am over 55 which a lot of lenders struggled to assist i felt completely comfortable with giving him all of my details to get the application started.
He called me to touch base every day and let me know the progress of the application.
