Click loans have changed my life. Before I was struggling with debt and a mortgage interest rate that was way higher than today's rate. The conventional banks would not allow me to consolidate my debts with my home loan and reduce my interest rate to a comparative rate. Click loans allowed me to do all of this and saved me hundreds of dollars every month. I feel like I have been given a second chance at life. I can now enjoy my life stress free. Very smooth process, good communication and ready to assist if needed

From the outset nothing was too much trouble.
I had the great pleasure of Samantha Tannous looking after me.
I had 2 mortgages to refinance and although there were some hurdles, Samantha was amazing and always just an email or phone call away.
She followed up on everything and was always happy and very knowledgeable.
I also had the pleasure of dealing with Vinh Lam. He was also great and very helpful.

I refinanced my home loan to ClickLoans and everything went smoothly, although there were some delayed responses and it provides a good service overall. I would like to recommend this company to others.

I would thoroughly recommend click loans for you home loan needs. No matter what your situation they will guide you through the process one step at a time with no confusion. I would recommend Lauren Brown and Sarah Walwayn for their personal service and updates throughout our process. Very professional and mostly online making it easy to upload documents etc at any time. Straight to the portal and your personal broker.

I run my own business and do not have the time to run around to banks and finance companies so I thought I would give an online broker a go. After doing some research online and through ASIC I was happy to give Click Loans a go. WOW! the whole process was just so simple and easy. Downloading documents to their site was a breeze and if any issues arose they sent through an e-mail and we very quickly addressed the issue. The one thing that I would say is when sending e-mails to them I cc'd anyone that I had dealt with just to ensure that everyone knew what was happening and then found that they were doing the same. Great communication resulted in a very smooth process and on time settlement. Thank you Click Loans - you've won me.

Laura Gibbs, the finance consultant was excellent. Followed up with everything and stayed in touch throughout the whole application process.
Only criticism was final settlement date from Click Loans was vague and reassuring.

From the first contact Ted looked after our interest and was very helpful all the way to the settlement date.

Came across this company when googling best mortgage rates and while slightly skeptical at first that mortgages could really be this simple I thought I would give them a go - plus I love to do as much business on line as I possibly can. So filled out the details on line and uploaded my documents onto my "dashboard" and then the process started and made speedy progress from pending to approved to settled, and all the while being updated from the Click Team every few days. Great and efficient service and refreshingly this company does what it claims. Super impressed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

The concept of this type of assistance for sole traders is awesome however some of their so called experts need some serious training on how to step clients throughout the whole process. My husband and I have never done a loan of this type before and it was an extremely stressful experience thanks to the broker we got assigned to. Would definitely recommend Click just not the broker.

The Click loan consultant who handled the refinancing of our investment property helped us all the way, from the initial requirements that we have to submit, the mortgage documents we have to complete and until the settlement of our loan. Most of the processes involved were done through phone communications and sending and receiving pertinent documents by email which made it very convenient for us. Through all these, the consultant was always available to give us advise on what to do.
Lastly, the consultant was able to provide us with a very competitive rate that enable us to save money.

Refinancing my home via clickloans and only have great things to say ! Sarah was outstanding with the service, prompt responses, clear with instructions and always kept me up to date with the progress!! Settlement day is today! Life saver she is and also thanks to Vinh and the rest of team at clickloans I can now finally get back on track !!

I have recently decided to refinance my mortgage and a friend has recommended click-loans.
Upon a contact from the company all the staff were extremely helpful and prompt.
All of my questions were answered and the process was explained in detail. Even when the bank was delayed in processing my application my Finance Consultant Andrew was there to advise of the delays straight away.

Everyone we dealt with was gracious, friendly and professional. We were regularly updated by phone or email as to where things were at and what time frames to expect on various stages of the loan process.
Contracts and paperwork were clearly worded, with no hidden agendas.
Much less fuss than the big banks, loved that 90% could be sorted whilst sitting at the computer, & would recommend with confidence.

I was very impressed by the overall experience of dealing with the Click Loan staff. Throughout the process Simon, Lauren and Vihn were only to helpful with nothing being to much trouble.
