I applied whilst I was on the couch watching tv one night. Easy process, able to upload docs, including photo of driver's licence, quick response time, quick turnaround time on house valuation through to final approval.

Lots of documents to sign and get witnessed by a JP or similar - lots of paperwork in general. But at least that was the only reason I needed to leave the house in relation to the refinance.

Samantha was engaging .. Extremely Helpful .. Respectful and professional right from the first contact .. She kept in touch every step of the way and made stepping through the process an absolute breeze .
On the day of signing Samantha went out of her way to meet me away from the office and ensure I was happy and comfortable with the jargon and complete understanding of the terms of the agreement . An absolute pleasure to work with as a customer of the service and would highly recommend herself and click loans to anyone considering finance or refinance.

Would highly recommend to anyone. Our loan was quite complex & could have easily been put in the too hard basket. My husband & I are self employed & this bank were the only ones interested in helping us. They went above & beyond my expectations. You really don't get service like this anymore. I'm very impressed.

I really liked that the process was all on-line and the interactive messaging is a really good idea. You can see what is there, what is missing, etc.

Worked really well for us. Staff all helped to get everything through smoothly and efficiently. With the rates it's hard to beat.

We used ClickLoans for our first mortgage to buy an apartment. The online application was very easy and the customer service was great. Our account manager was on top of everything the whole way - especially when the timing was tight. I would definitely recommend them.

We received fast efficient online service from friendly staff. Any delays were largely down to us organizing the rquired paperwork. Once the loan had been approved, I found the paperwork involved in taking up the loan voluminous and complex but this may be the case for any online only lender.

Simon was amazing. He helped me the whole time and always kept me informed. Would recommend them to family n friends. thanks click loans and most importantly to simon. He def looks after people and is so good in what he does

The process of starting the application was simple and easy.
The follow up conversations were informative and importantly there was never any pressure applied to make decisions.
The time frame from start to finish was very reasonable - the only frustration was my original lender taking so long to settle.

Their policies are great. But very bad staffs. I faced very bad situations because of the loan approval team.

Overall, I'm happy that I decided to go through Click Loans. The process was simple with everything online. There is slight room for improvement when it comes to feedback and responses to questions and turnaround times. The process from the commencement of the application took 6 weeks to the day considering the Xmas period and holidays. Overall, I'm happy with the outcomes

CLICK LOANS can be done online - and I found the Team extremely helpful every step of the way when I refinanced my Mortgage recently. I knew exactly what was needed, and when it was needed, and was kept up to date with progress. Any queries I had were answered on the day (or by the next business day). Compared to any other experience I have had with MORTGAGE LOANS, this was a breeze.

Good rates and friendly staff but can be hard to get ahold of on the phone. I dealt primarily with Sam and He would generally reply to emails within 24hrs.

The application process is all online and relatively pain free but seems like they need better communication with their solicitors as the paperwork they sent through had forms I'd already provided and instructions to organise settlement dates etc with my current bank even though I'd been told that would all be dealt with by click. Sorted out with a quick message to click and yes they do organise everything for you (and settled 3 days after they recieved my signed contract!)

Online banking seems quite good and easy to use.

Sam was very helpful all the way through, all in all would recommend if you want a low rate, no frills refinance as long as you aren't fazed by the wholly online experience
