I had an excellent experience with this clinic from start to finish. The entire team was professional, kind, and very attentive throughout the whole process. From the first consultation to the follow-ups, everything was handled with great care and efficiency.
I would especially like to thank Melike, who was always attentive, responsive, and incredibly supportive. She made sure all my questions were answered promptly and guided me every step of the way. Her dedication and professionalism truly made a difference and gave me peace of mind.
The clinic itself is very clean, well-organized, and welcoming. The medical staff is highly skilled and made me feel comfortable and confident in their care.
I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for professional and reliable service. Thank you again to the entire team, and especially to melike , for such a positive experience!

I had a great experience with Clineca. The daily contact was excellent and the shuttle service to the hotel, airport and hospital was perfectly organized. Any questions you have answered promptly and they truly make you feel reassured throughout the entire process. Everyday, a nurse visits to check on you and assist with aftercare. I felt verry well supported and cared for. Highly recommended. Especially thanks to the best doctor Salim iskender en Duygu his assistent❤️❤️

Good communication , good people
My co ordinatior was a absolute delight to work with, she helped me every step of the way, my needs and concerns and questions were answered very pleasantly and very quickly. My hospital room was very comfortable. However I feel the staff at the hospital could've been slightly more patient , I feel that stronger pain relief could've also been administered after the procedure as paracetamol does not cut it. The hotel clineca booked us into , the hilton, was absolutely stunning, and the transport was very clean and always on time. My surgeon was very kind and understanding, im absolutely over the moon with my new nose and the work that everyone put in to make this achievable.

Vom allerersten Kontakt an habe ich mich bestens betreut und beraten gefühlt. Meine Ansprechpartnerin Meltem war jederzeit für mich erreichbar, unglaublich freundlich, professionell und sehr einfühlsam. Sie hat mich durch den gesamten Prozess begleitet – von der ersten Beratung über die Organisation meines Aufenthalts in Istanbul bis hin zur Nachsorge zurück in Deutschland. Ich habe mich zu jedem Zeitpunkt sicher, verstanden und rundum gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Auch das Gespräch mit Dr. Hakan Aktaş hat mir sofort ein sehr gutes Gefühl gegeben. Er hat direkt verstanden, was ich mir wünsche und welche Veränderungen ich mir vorstelle. Seine ruhige, kompetente Art hat mir viel Vertrauen gegeben. Das Ergebnis hat meine Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen – er hat meine Vorstellungen nicht nur umgesetzt, sondern sogar noch besser realisiert, als ich es mir erhofft hatte.
Heute, 11 Tage post OP, bin ich bereits unglaublich zufrieden – und das, obwohl es noch nicht einmal das endgültige Ergebnis ist. Wenn ich jetzt schon so begeistert bin, freue ich mich umso mehr auf die weitere Entwicklung in den kommenden Wochen und Monaten.
Ich kann Clineca wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen, der über eine Rhinoplastik nachdenkt – eine rundum positive Erfahrung!

Von Anfang bis zum Ende wurde ich gut behandelt, es wurde auf meine Wünsche geachtet und der Arzt hat meine Nase genau passend zu meinem Gesicht gemacht. The whole experience was good
The whole experience was good, I’m only 2 weeks post rhinoplasty but so far I am happy with results. Staff were lovely, hotel was great and hospital was clean. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Clineca getting rhinoplasty. I was very nervous about the process leading up to surgery, but once I got there everything just ran so smoothly that I really had little to worry about. Everything was organised and on time, and the staff caring for you make you feel so at ease and reassured. I had a lot of questions and every single one was answered in detail and always helpful. I can’t think of anything to improve my experience in all areas.
My surgery all went smoothly, I felt heard during my consultation with my surgeon and was relieved that my results would be tailored to me and my face, as I did want a natural result. I was so happy during cast off day with my results, despite still being swollen!
Aftercare was also great, I was regularly checked in with and was given a lot of information to help me with my recovery.
Thank you to all at Clineca who supported me during my surgery, I’m so grateful for my results and for how the process was so smooth.

Ich habe mich in der Türkei bei Clineca operieren lassen und bin sehr zufrieden. Die Organisation war top, alles lief entspannt und professionell ab. Die Dolmetscherin war immer dabei, was mir viel Sicherheit gegeben hat. Ergebnis bisher sehr schön, obwohl noch Heilphase. Würde ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Ich hatte vor paar Wochen eine Nasen op , die ganze Vorbereitung und Ankunft war top , schade finde ich nur , dass auf Social Media präsentiert wird , dass man bei Clineca an sich operiert wird und dort im Hotel ist , was im Endeffekt leider nicht so war , man war in einem komplett abstehendem Krankenhaus , zusammengefasst war trotzdem alles Mega organisiert , die Übersetzerin und der Arzt waren mega lieb und das Ergebnis ist toll .

End to end complete care - Rhinoplasty
It has been 2 weeks since I had my rhinoplasty and it’s the best decision I’ve made, one that I wish I had done earlier as my mind and body are no longer at war and at peace in harmony.
Firstly, I couldn’t recommend Dr. Hakan enough, from beginning to end he was attentive. Throughout the consultation, he listened and took his time in explaining what would happen, we found a middle ground on what my nose would look like and I’m happy I followed his advice. He was also there just before the surgery at the hospital. Thankfully, my recovery was smooth, I bruised and swelled for the first 4/5 days but following their advice and taking the prescribed routine medication Clineca provides I am good as new.
I was also assigned a patient coordinator, Bihter who was literally available at any time of the day and evening! Her dedication is an absolute asset to any company and Clineca Health are very lucky to have her, she’s knowledgeable, approachable and kind.
Moreover, from the very beginning of my initial conversation with Clineca I felt completely attended for by Enes, who was patient whilst I made my decision to go through with my rhinoplasty.
My key advice is I would recommend you to take someone supportive, naturally caring, instinctive and that you trust with you throughout this vulnerable journey as not all staff in the hospital speak English. So assistance with care, translation and medication is needed during those first initial post op crucial moments.
Overall, I would recommend Clineca as they literally cover all aspects of your journey in IST and Dr Hakan to anybody looking to do rhinoplasty, you’ll be in good hands.

Ich hatte letzte Woche Mittwoch meine Nasenop bei Clineca. Es hat alles geklappt. Meine Nase ist noch geschwollen das Endergebnis dauert ja noch. Die Organisation hat auch funktioniert. Breast Augmentation
Ich hatte hier am 02.02. meine Brustvergrößerung und muss sagen, ich bin von vorne bis hinten zufrieden.
Angefangen vor der Operation mit bereitstellen von allen nötigen Informationen vor dem Flug, bei Ankunft und danach, bis hin zur Vorbesprechung, Operation und Nachsorge.
Ich habe mich hier sehr sehr wohl gefühlt und bei Anliegen oder Fragen wurde auch sehr schnell reagiert!
Der Transferprozess lief auch einwandfrei, man muss sich theoretisch nur darum kümmern, dass man pünktlich erscheint.
Mit den Schmerzen nach der Operation muss man sich auch keine Gedanken machen, da jeden Tag eine Krankenschwester ins Hotel kommt, die dir bei Bedarf eine Spritze geben kann.
Ich werde es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!!

Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie mit Ihrer Brustvergrößerung rundum zufrieden sind und sich vom ersten Informationsaustausch bis zur Nachsorge gut betreut gefühlt haben. Eine transparente Vorbereitung vor der Reise sowie eine strukturierte Organisation vor Ort sind für uns besonders wichtig, daher bedeutet uns Ihr positives Feedback in diesem Bereich sehr viel.
Wie schön, dass Sie sich während Ihres Aufenthalts so wohlgefühlt haben und bei Fragen oder Anliegen schnell Unterstützung erhalten haben. Auch dass der Transferprozess reibungslos verlief und die tägliche Betreuung durch das Pflegepersonal im Hotel Ihnen zusätzliche Sicherheit gegeben hat, freut uns sehr.
