Felt safe and well cared for
My procedures were rhinoseptoplasty and breast augmentation, with a lift on the left side.
Everyone at Clineca was very professional and supportive throughout the entire process. From my very first interaction with Feyzanur—many thanks to her for explaining everything in detail, reassuring me, and helping me feel confident enough to make the decision to proceed with the surgery—up to now, I have been more than happy with both the process and the outcome.
The costs were clearly explained from the beginning, and everything that was discussed beforehand was exactly what I received.
I am very grateful to my dear doctor, Hakan Aktas, a truly professional and empathetic surgeon who made me feel safe and in very good hands.
Now, at nine days post-op, the healing process is going very smoothly and I hope for great results. 🍀❤️

I am really thrilled and satisfied
I am really thrilled and satisfied. Communication worked great and all questions were answered immediately. Even after my operation, I felt very well taken care of and further questions were answered just as quickly as before. Everything went as discussed in advance and was exactly as seen online. The transfer worked great and the staff was really super nice and helpful. I would definitely come back and recommend it without hesitation.

Brustverkleinerung
Ich war Oktober 2025 bei Clineca für eine Brustverkleinerung und die Prozeduren waren reibungslos und professionell. Meine Assistentin/Dolmetscherin war auch sehr konsequent, was medizinische Bedingungen und Regeln anging und hat zb mehrfach gecheckt, dass ich zb meine Kontaktlinsen vor der OP ausziehe und meine Thrombose-socken anlasse bis ich wieder in Deutschland bin.
Mein Chirurg war höflich und realistisch bei der unmittelbar vor der Op stattgefundenen Beratung.
Ein Nachteil: ich habe eine leichtes Asymmetrisches Ergebnis(kann passieren), aber Clineca Follow up care antwortet regelmässig auf meine Mails und helfen mir. Am meisten hat mir das Hotel gefallen( mit inbegriffener Krankenstation). Ich kann Clineca als Klinik weiterempfehlen.

Lifting cuisse et mammaire avec implant
Je suis venue faire un lifting des cuisses ainsi qu’un lifting mammaire avec pose d’implant. Merci à Lejla qui a été excellente dans son travail et qui a été d’un soutien sans faille surtout quand on vient se faire opérer dans un autre pays et dont on connaît rien, je me suis sentie entendu et soutenu. Tout s’est merveilleusement bien déroulée la prise en charge a été faite avec beaucoup de professionnalisme, merci à Bihter qui a été Disponible pour me rassurer en cas de besoin. Je reviendrais pour mes prochaines opérations sans hésitation. Je recommande cependant d’avoir plus de personne pour la traduction en français sinon tout était parfait!

I used clineca health for rhinoplasty, firstly I will say they were amazing from start to finish and still ongoing, I came out on my own in the end and was very nervous but clineca sorted everything out for me with the transfers and hotel. I met my surgeon Dr Salim Iskender who was amazing and made me feel even more at ease after meeting him, he went through everything with me and was very realistic with what we can achieve. After surgery a nurse came to see me every day at the hotel. Coming on my own from the UK was very scary but I can honestly say I had the best experience with clineca and DR Salim. Thankyou

Meine Nasen-OP Erfahrung mit Clineca
Ich hatte meine Nasen OP am 27.01.2026 über Clineca in Istanbul. Besonders der Arzt hat mich beeindruckt: Er war extrem souverän und ehrlich. Er hat mir nicht einfach alles versprochen, sondern genau geschaut, was zu meinem Gesicht passt und was nicht machbar ist – diese ehrliche Beratung war mir sehr wichtig. Die Planung durch die Koordinatorin sowie der Transfer und das Hotel waren top organisiert. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war lediglich, dass die Krankenschwestern nicht immer zu den genannten Zeiten kamen, was die Tagesplanung etwas erschwerte. Das endgültige Ergebnis kenne ich natürlich noch nicht, da alles erst verheilen muss, aber nach den OP-Bildern zu urteilen, bin ich jetzt schon sehr zufrieden!

An amazing overall service
An amazing overall service from private pick up at the airport to the hospital process, to daily nurse visits at the hospital and the final doctor check up. This agency goes above and beyond for the client. Communication is excellent. All information was provided with transparency. The doctor did amazing work and the client connection specialist that helped me through the entire process was incredible. Would recommend to anyone considering this agency for a procedure.

I had a great experience with Clineca. Special mention to Dr Salim Iskender and translator - Duygu,who was amazing and the whole time.I honestly couldn’t be happier with the care I received. The team were so kind, supportive, and reassuring throughout the whole process. I felt genuinely looked after from start to finish and felt reassured.
I am only 2 weeks post-op, so there is still some swelling, but my nose already looks beautiful and very natural. The hotel Hilton arranged by clineca and clinic were excellent and everything was very well organized.
Thank you to everyone for making this such a positive experience.

My nose surgery experience with Dr. Iskender
I had my nose surgery with Dr. Salim Iskender and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. He was extremely professional, honest, and clear from the very first consultation, and he delivered exactly what he said he would.
My nose has turned out exactly how I hoped — very natural and perfectly suited to my face. I’m now 4 months post-op and it already looks amazing, which really shows his skill and expertise. I can’t wait to see the final result at one year post-op.
Overall, Dr. Iskender did a brilliant job and I’m so grateful. Thank you, Dr. Iskender!

rhinoplasty and breast lift with implant
I recently had rhinoplasty and breast-lift with implant surgery through Clineca Health and could not recommend them enough if I tried. My surgeon, Dr.Erkan was amazing from the get go! He made me feel very comfortable and confident with what he had planned for my surgery and although I am still in early stages of healing I am loving my results so far. My co-ordinator Ahu could not have done any more for me if she tried, she was brilliant and made my whole surgery experience very stress free and was at the other end of the phone for anything I needed, and gave me reassurances when needed. I have been home for 2 weeks now and she has still been checking in on my wellbeing and recovery. 5 star service all round xx

5 Star Experience
I cannot recommend Clineca highly enough!
They came recommended by a family member that had a 5 star experience with them and they did not disappoint!
Every member of staff at Clineca I dealt with was so warm, friendly and helpful and made the experience smooth and effortless.
Selin made booking with them really easy and answered my endless questions. She provided me with so much information and lots of images of my surgeons work prior to me committing to my breast augmentation surgery.
Ahu, my patient coordinator, was the most attentive and amazing person that kept me informed of each step throughout the journey, day and night, and was super reassuring throughout. She was incredibly kind and I feel very lucky to have been assigned to her.
Dr Orkun, my surgeon, is a miracle worker! I cannot believe the results he managed to achieve on me and I could not be happier. His meticulous drawing on me prior to the surgery made me feel so relaxed and reassured me that I was in the best hands.
The nurses in the hospital were great as were the nurses that visited your hotel room each day to check up on you and change your dressings.
My final checkup with Dr Orkun, before leaving Istanbul, was fab and allowed me to see my new breasts which felt like a dream.

My overall experience- Rhinoplasty
My overall experience with Clineca Health was absolutely amazing, from the start I was in contact with Ipek (patient coordinator) she was able to provide me with all details and answer all of my questions and clear up any concerns in a timly and professional manner. With such a great transparency and trustworthy service I went on and booked my rhinoplasty with Dr. Hakan. I was assigned my postopp team with Ahu two weeks prior to my surgery date. Ahu stayed in constant communication and gave me clear and organized details regarding everything for my surgery, airport directions, hospital and hotel as well as post opp care. Ahu walked me through the whole process and in person as well. Ahu stayed by my side going in to surgrey and cast removle day. I truly got the feeling she loves what she does and is very caring. I did go alone so this mattered so much to me. I had my consultation the morning of my surgrey with Dr. Hakan. His professionalism and attention to detail just reassured me that I choose the right surgeon. I am two weeks post opp and I absoulutly love my rhinoplasty. Every step of the way went exactly as planned and organized. I would recommend Clinica and Dr. Haken as he is amazing and exceeded every expectation I had.

I’m 2 weeks post breast lift and…
I’m 2 weeks post breast lift and implants and couldn’t be happier with the results so far! Communication before during and after has been incredible, you can always reach someone who will answer any questions you have.
My surgery was performed by dr Orkun and he was very patient and informative. My coordinator Melih went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Highly recommend.

Dr.Engin Selamioglu is careless,he was late.consultation lasted ~15min. made my nose crooked,deviated septum,with deep,asymmetrical scars,around my nose,because stiching was done bad,they separeted and was bleeding for a days.I even did not chose this doctor.Clineca changed him,less than a day before surgery,when i already was in plane to Turkey.and even didn’t ask me if i am ok with it.when removed cast,my doctor and assistant wasn’t even there,said that he has surgery,but according his IG profile,he posted that he is on vacation with his family in Spain! LIAR!And i couldn’t ask any question about my concerns,because i already saw thay my nose is deviated! Now after 12months Followup,CLINECA ignores my emails,just claimed that my nose was crooked before.And not always doctors can fix this problem and revision surgery wont help! Check my 3D photos,my nose was just big without any issues,i just wanted it smaller. Now have to save money for revision surgery,and it definately won’t be at CLINECA!

Doctor lies again! I have screen shots,that he was on that day in Spain! We never discussed nothing about my septum,because it wasnt deviated.

We are sorry that your doctor was unable to be present with you on the day of your final check-up. This is not a situation we prefer for our patients. However, the information stating that your doctor was on vacation on that day is unfortunately not correct.
You are right that there is a deviation present in the result. This deviation also existed prior to the surgery, and your doctor explained during the pre-operative consultation that a 100% correction might not be possible.
A revision surgery may not provide a definitive solution to this condition. However, if you wish, we would be happy to arrange a video call with your doctor to discuss the matter in more detail.

Now Clineca ignores my emails,just said that they can not always fix deviated septum and revison surgery might not help!! BUT Your DOCTOR DID THIS!! I just wanted my nose smaller! Now have to save money for revision surgery,but definitely it wont be at CLINECA.

No matter how good is coordination team.doctors attitude changes it all!

I could not recommend Clineca more!! I felt completely at ease from even before I landed in Istanbul. Büşra was my main point of contact & she was absolutely fabulous. What a lovely, professional & caring woman. She made sure I knew what was happening at all times & was there for me every step of the way. Myself & my mum were absolutely blown away with the service from Clineca, they are very passionate about the service they provide & really care about their clients.
