Ho effettuato una rinoplastica in questa clinica il 16 Aprile 2024, esperienza fantastica , tutti i medici e le infermiere persone gentili dolci e disponibili, a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte, mi hanno accontentato in qualsiasi richiesta, ho prenotato a Gennaio per Aprile e ho organizzato tutto tramite Muhammed, che ha risposto a ogni mia domanda e dubbio, e continua ancora ad oggi gentilissimo e professionale, anche il mio chirurgo persona fantastica, non trovo una nota negativa di questa esperienza, sono andata apposta dall’Italia in Turchia per fare questa rinoplastica, ora domani vedrò il mio naso senza gesso finalmente, grazie Grand Clinic per aver realizzato il mio sogno.❤️

Occhio il loro obbiettivo è farvi arrivare ad Istanbul poi inizierà il vostro incubo.
Il risultato pessimo. l,esperienza più brutta della mia vita spero possano fallire in modo da non creare danni a nessun'altro.

Sono arrivata alla GranClinic attraverso il valido aiuto di Ricky, l'interprete in lingua italiana, che mi ha seguita in modo esemplare dall'inizio alla fine, supportando ogni mia richiesta o dubbio. Per anni ho sofferto per un seno esageratamente grande, peggiorato con la menopausa. Forti dolori anche alla schiena mi hanno convinta a chiedere informazioni...ed è stata la cosa migliore che mi potesse capitare: personale molto preparato e sempre disponibile, clinica pulitissima, albergo 4 stelle. Il chirurgo, che consiglio a tutti, il dott.Mehmed Ozdem ha effettuato un lavoro eccezionale. I punti, oggi dopo 26 giorni, si sono completamente asciugati e la cicatrice (lo so che sembra assurdo) è praticamente invisibile. Ha usato tecniche all'avanguardia che mi hanno permesso di tornare a lavoro dopo pochissimi giorni. Clinica, dottore, staff medico e interprete, tutto fantastico. Sono stata sempre seguita e coccolata dall'arrivo a Istanbul fino al rientro in aeroporto.

One of the most horrific experience of my life, I got a breast lift September 2023 with dr Ali Nurhan Ozbaba! He couldn’t even communicate with me english, and the rest of the staff ither, he is just an amateur, back to UK I contacted others plastic surgeons, the wounds were still opened and inflamed, the pain and the soreness were unbearable!!! I expended more than 4,000 pounds in medicines, appointments with other drs etc! Shame on you Grand Clinic!!

Management is diabolical. Not interested in helping you if you have complaints in anyway possible. When I complained from the poor service I received the manager told me that if I wanted a better and higher quality service to go to another place and pay more, couldn’t even believe it he said it.

All they cared was to take my money and sign the docs without even letting me the chance to read it.

L équipe est formidable la logistique la prise en charge jusqu'au dernier avant le retour est impressionnant tellement l organisation est au top concernant l opération j en suis déjà super content après 1 semaine donc cela devrait être magnifique d'ici quelques semaines voir mois merci pour tout

Ho effettuato con loro la rinoplastica e deviazione del setto nasale in anestesia totale. Cordiali, puliti ed accoglienti . Ho effettuato l'operazione il 10 ottobre 2023 senza alcuna paura perché il dottore che mi ha operata è anche otorinolaringoiatra e mi sono sentita in mani sicure . Ottimi i prezzi e ottima professionalità.

I usually do not write reviews especially negative ones but this time I could have not kept my mouth shut. I beg everyone who is considering to do any procedures whatsoever in Grand Clinic to read my review first! I wouldn’t trust any of the other ones here except the one star I read, which sounds about right.

My first and only advice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! IN NO UNIVERSE WHATSOEVER I WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO GO AND DO ANY PROCEDURE THERE .
I would not recommend the team I was forced to deal with. Unresponsive, unprofessional and untrained. Does not felt welcomed at any point or anyone to strike me with any confidence whatsoever or knowledge about anything. There’s some of my experience so far. And those are on top of my head!

1. First red flag was that I had to be the one to ask about everything and the information wasn’t there for me. I do realize that everyone needs to do research before any procedure but sometimes you don’t know the right questions to ask this is when a good consultant is important. Unfortunately my one was not one of them. Consultant did not informed me in full about the surgery. I think him alone is not aware of the whole procedure to be honest. His exact words were on my question is there anything else I need to know about the procedure were, “Brother if there’s something else worth knowing I’ll let you know. Just stop drinking alcohol and smoke before 3 days nefore tge operation. Fasting before 8 hours of course” And that was it… But he did not told me loads more things
2. Consultant told me to stop alcohol and smoke 3 days before but in hospital documents I read says 3 weeks
3. In docs says 8hrs no food or drinks, never told me about the drinking part. And on the initial day of the surgery I had one big bottle of water in the morning which was unacceptable.
4. Consultant did not even texted me on the agreed hour to see if I’m in the hospital
5. Consultant confirmed me surgeries times and doctors names but when I arrived one of the doctors did not even knew about me and that he had to do lip lift on me. Then it turned out that one the other doctor can’t even take me that day. So from two procedures that day I ended up doing ZERO.
6. The consultant did not told me that the surgeon I have had chosen for the lip lift won’t be available for my dates, so he tried to push me to go to another surgeon. And that was about 10 days before the surgery. And I realized only because I wanted for confirmation letter and noticed different name.
7. Consultations are done the same day as the surgery and no time for nothing. No time to read the documents, probably I was the first one to ask to read them as they did not expected from me to ask that.
8. They asked me to pay before I make a consultation with the doctor and read the documents, they said this is usually the way they do it. I would not recommend to anyone to do that as they might not refund you
9. On the initial day of the surgery they tried to change my surgeon and started convincing me to do my lip lift with dr Onur which I wasn’t happy with as I haven’t seen any of his work. They took me to dr. Onur’s “assistant” to convince me everything is fine and not to worry about anything as everything is ok and not to be feeling anxious about it. At that point this was one of the most worrying moments in my life. Just the whole atmosphere was not welcoming especially when you have to do two interventions at this hospital. Later that day I was finally taken to dr Can for a consultation before the lip lift to be told that some of the information that dr. Onur’s “assistant” told me was untrue which got me worried even more. Emir was there with me in dr. Can’s office and when I asked him what is happening and why I’m given two different information about the same procedure and why dr. Onur’s assistant is giving me false information Emir’s reply was, “Ohhh don’t trust that guy, he is not even a doctor”.

Esperienza negativa prima ti fanno il lavoro e poi se succede qualcosa non si prendono le responsabilità di riparare il danno nemmeno pagando solo truffatori non consiglio questa clinica 0 professionalità 0 serietà

Sono rientrata in Italia da una settimana. Per me eseguire una rinosettoplastica era il desiderio di una vita, un desiderio che si è portato avanti per anni e che per un motivo o un altro non ho potuto esaudire prima. È successo proprio quest’anno che per me è stato un anno di grandi cambiamenti e per questo vorrei ringraziare con tutto il cuore le persone che mi hanno accompagnato in questa avventura: ringrazio Oussama per avermi seguito dall’Italia nell’approccio con la gran Clinic, ringrazio Emir e Keivano per avermi supportato con simpatia e professionalità, per aver capito le mie ansie mei cambiamenti di programma, per aver trovato soluzioni rapide ma soprattutto per la gentilezza e l’umanità dimostrata sia in Turchia che al mio rientro in Italia, ma soprattutto ringrazio il dottor Hibrahim Altoparlak per la sua capacità e professionalità nel capire subito sia il mio problema respiratorio che estetico e aver trovato una soluzione fantastica a tutto ciò! Finalmente posso dire di avere un nasino bellissimo!!!

I’m one week post-op following a rhinoplasty with Dr Onur. The care and support I received prior, during and after my operation was fantastic. Dave was a brilliant support and answered any questions I had before and after my procedure. The hospital was clean and the nurses were lovely. My hotel and transfers were included, both I am very pleased with. Thank you again to all at Grand Climic

Esperienza molto bella, professionalità e pulizia della Clinica impeccabile.
La clinica è alla avanguardia come materiale ed arredamento, il personale con cui ho avuto contatto è molto professionale ed attento ad ogni tipo di cura, ho trovato personale medico infermieristico sanitario ed amministravo molto preparato ad soddisfare le mie esigenze. Ringrazio vivamente il consulente medico che mi ha assistito interamente in lingua italiana il gentilissimo Milo, senza la sua preparazione,sia in termini logistici che in ambito medico, mi ha accompagnato per tutto il viaggio assistendomi 24 ore su 24. Senza di lui non avrei mai affrontato un viaggio per eseguire un intervento di revisione del setto nasale. Grazie a Milo ho conosciuto un medico chirurgo veramente competente in grado di capire i miei problemi di respirazione, sono italiano ed avevo fatto in Italia circa a 18 anni intervento di setto plastica nasale, dopo anni ho riscoperto che il problema non era stato eseguito alla perfezione e dopo anni finalmente ho deciso di intraprendere questa esperienza lontano dal mio paese e venite nella famosa ex Costantinopoli ora Istanbul per aver studiato la grande storia dell impero romano orientale. È stato un successo fantastico riuscire a trovare un chirurgo che ha dimostrato interessse e passione per il proprio lavoro e garantire e tranquillizzare al pieno le miei esigenze e le esigenze degl altri pazienti che ho avuto piacere di conoscere dall Inghilterra e dall Ukraina. La splendente e sopratutto sorridente Medico Chirurgo la Dottoressa Aklima specializzata in chirurgia funzionale ed estetica del setto nasale è riuscita sia a comunicare in un perfetto inglese tutta la procedura a cui sarei stato sottoposto prima e dopo l’intervento chirurgico. Posso dire che grazie a Milo non avrei potuto trovare questo grande medico sorridente e professionalmente capace di gestire il proprio lavoro come un professionista esemplare che non verrà mai dimenticata per quello che ha fatto per il mio intervento. Consiglio vivamente questa clinica capace di offrire moltissimi servizi per la cura della salute in modo rassicurante senza attesa è piena di attenzione alle nostre vite, fornendo un servizio di trasporto privato che mi ha sempre soddisfatto dall aereoporto alla hotel alla clinica in ogni fase di cura. Ringrazio che terrò a cuore questa fantastica esperienza grazie a Milo , alla Dotterresaa Aklima ed a tutto lo staff della Grand’ Clinic di Istanbul AVCILAR. Wonderful experience they were very helpful all the way from the beginning they explained everything before my arrival and once I arrived they picked me up from the airport took me to the hotel and the next day to my operation the service was wonderful the hospital was really clean and the nurses were very helpful i would highly recommend Grand clinic for my Future operations
