I accidentally ordered from clip hair UK instead of clip hair USA it has been the absolute worst experience. Iâve reached out for help. Havenât gotten any, called UPS eight different times, I ordered the hair on April 2 today on April 15 I have still not received the Hair that I paid an additional $62.70 in customs for UPS doesnât actually know where it is and so now my only option is to order again this time, making sure that I order from Clip Hair USA, if there is any chance in the world of getting my hair before my event. Plus I paid for expedited shipping that the package would be on April 10 17th. I still donât have a package doesnât know where the package is and it was sent to the wrong address to begin with. Definitely not happy. My mom has been ordering Hair from this company for over two years and has never had this problem. I donât think sheâll ever order from them again though.

Iâve been trying to find extensions that match my natural soft ginger, light-copper, strawberry-blonde hair for literally 10+ years. The âauburnâ color of most hair extension brands is WAY too orangey/fake dark copper for me. After downloading WhatsApp, and asking ClipHairâs assistant what shade would match me, they recommended âAuburn #30â. I went against their recommendation, and ordered âSpiced Autumnâ, and it is hands down THE MOST PERFECT match to my hair Iâve ever imagined. It surpassed all my expectations. The hair arrived very quickly, too. I cannot speak on the quality or longevity yet because I only just installed the tape-ins yesterday, but they feel well-made.
SIDENOTES: YES, you will pay an extra $34 of tariff fees for the hair to arrive in USA. That is NOT cliphairâs fault. That is our presidentâs doing. So youâre blaming the wrong party, here guys. I knew it would be an extra $34 when I ordered so I was not surprised or upset. Itâs still worth it. I would order again and again. Beyond impressed.

I give four stars only because these were not really 18 inches they were 16 inches. I will advise if you wnat longer lengths go a a few inches up than the one is advertised. However, the hair quality is amazing it's thick and super soft. The color of autumn spice (strawberry blonde) was amazing â¥ïžð they are a perfect match. I love the reds on this site.

A warning to those that do not enjoy being extorted for more money to " import" what you already paid for and is being held from delivery until you do so.. +$50 after you bought and expedited an order but they held on to the package only releasing it until i paid $46.80.. for WHAT?? such a shame because they have a great product. Btw, completely ignored by customer support except for a notice a werk later notifying me of a $9.99 refund coming in twp weeks.. talk about adding insult to injury lol i would have been a lifetime customer, thats hpw great their products are... do greedy cheap companies not realize they lost a thousdands with a lifetime customer over $46.80? However, I think itâs important to clarify during the checkout process that customs duties and taxes are not included in the total price. First impression, no install yet
I havenât had my hair installed and wonât happen until 3â19. It was sticky. It was full of mushy paper, it got onto my extension bags. It got into the conditioner box. The conditioner top started to come off. It was not on tight enough⊠also, was not aware of the tariffs I would have to be paying. I ended up paying $108, so maybe next time include that in the final checkout price or have it listed somewhere on the listings because I was not made aware of that fact after already spending $800,
