I ordered 2 rings. When they arrived i noticed i needed a bigger size so i returned them and asked for a bigger size. They told me the rings were damaged and that it was my fault. I could not have caused the damage since i did not wear the rings.
They did not want to give a refund but offered store credit. I cannot buy the rings again with store credit because the discount code i had is 'used' and i cannot use it again.
I never asked for store credit, never used it. I told them if they do not give me a refund they can send the 'damaged' rings that i bought back.
They have been ignoring me since. 1 month and 5 emails later, i have NO refund and NO rings.
They do not care about EU customer law and just ignore me.
DO NOT ORDER HERE!

Clocks and colours have replied to me back stating that they are not honouring their promise saying that it wasn't in line with their policy . This is despite an email from Ryan, the manager stating that if there was a better price he would offer it to me. Subsequently the price reduced and I got in touch with the Company. They refused to honour their promise. This is very poor customer service. It is dishonourable and shows zero goodwill

I received a necklace with a defective clasp that broke on first use. While the company agreed to replace the item, they refused to refund the return shipping cost in money, offering only a store gift card, despite my rights under EU Directive 2019/771.

I tried to resolve this amicably, but they insisted on their internal policy, disregarding EU consumer law. Very disappointed and I hope my experience helps other EU customers make informed decisions
