I ordered a second Cat Mate (automatic feeder) to help regulate my cat's feeding time and make it possible to leave town for a week. My neighbor will take care of loading the Cat Mate, hugs, and litter. One of my cats is deaf but she is adapting beautifully. I especially appreciate the ice packs that allows me to load the trays and not worry about the food spoiling. Thanks for the quick delivery.

One of the guides for the led was broken. I am confident this did not break off during shipment but was shipped that way. It should still work but was flawed. Whoever packed it should have seen it but still sent it.

I'm pleased with how seamless and easy it was to work with your company. The water filters arrived in a timely manner. They were packaged well and fit perfectly in my catmate water fountain. I thought the price was fair. I am very happy with my catmate as is my cat. She drinks from it regularly. It's very quiet and doesn't splash water on my floor.

I was impressed with the availability of the items I ordered. (Pond Feeder Replacement parts) They arrived just days after I placed my order. One item was out of stock when I placed the order, I left my email address so they could notify me when it became available. Two days later, I was contacted and the last item was shipped. Again, it arrived in just a few days. May not seem like big deal, but I live on the Big Island of Hawaii and NOTHING gets here quickly. (BTW, the Fish Mate P7000 Pond Fish Feeder is on it's fourth year and it was the plastic components that eventually got brittle from the intense sun. The automatic mechanism is still running perfectly.)

I like how easy it is to set the Cat Mate 200 feeder up, and the simplicity and reliability of the two timers. I didn't want a complicated setup with programming. My cat also so far has been unable to open the feeder, which is a plus. I am glad I bought the removable stainless steel inserts, which make cleaning up easier. I now feel better about returning to work for the first time since getting my now 10 month old kitten. Thank you so much!
