I purchased from this site through a sponsored ad on Instagram, I paid €9.99 for a backpack. I was notified of an email that talks about a subscription to a membership, but there is no mention of the backpack.

Paula cancel mon abonnement et vas me redonner mes sous, sois l'abonnement de 2€(3.24$Canadien), 6.95€(11.26$Canadien) et l'autre monta t qui as apparue ce matin le 24 Avril au montant de 11.34$ Canadian.
Elle auras été d'un grand aide en espérant bien recevoir mon argent. Merci

Je me suis retrouvée abonnée sans le vouloir....
J'ai demandé l'annulation de mon abonnement qui a été validé plutôt rapidement.
j'attends maintenant le remboursement.

They want me to pay a small amount to receive a surprise box. But the order is a activation of a membership.
When you cancel the membership on their website they send you a mail saying that they normally won‘t refund the money but will do it this time if you give them 4 or 5 stars on trudtpilot and send them a screen shot. I didn't subscribe for their membership I paid for a box but instead they used my money for membership why so? They even refuse to cancel that membership and they said it takes about 14 days and suddenly I'm receiving a new email stating that my subscription has been adjusted instead of cancelation

Yo solo quería que me dieran de baja de la membresía. Ya que no se cómo hice para que me suscribiera y me empezarán a descontar. Me puse en contacto con ellos y pedí la baja urgente. Se pusieron en contacto por mail (Ahlby) y me dijo que ya estaba de dada la baja. Ojalá así sea porque yo no trabajo con moneda extranjera (soy de Argentina) y no puedo afrontar estos gastos.
Aparte no se ni de que se trata todo esto. Un descuido que me sale muy caro. Espero que sean tan honestos como parece.
