I was chatting with one of your agent
They really have a good manner of chat.. And they know how to deal with a client without any arguments or brutal word. Even when the client is angry. They know how to cool it down.
And i am much more interested to buy something from CLOTHESZONE

Une commande d'un systÚme enfile couette, suite à une publicité sur Facebook ne s'est pas déroulée comme il faut.
Edith me propose donc le remboursement afin de solutionner mon problÚme.
Il s'agit d'un remboursement partiel, cette entreprise est plutÃŽt du style à escroquer les gens, au final j'ai perdu 6.50€

AprÚs avoir été débité de mon compte en octobre 2024 et obligé de faire opposition à ma carte bancaire pour éviter tout prélÚvement d’office je reçois ce jour un mail d’une certaine Paula qui me demande de poster des avis positifs et qui me donne des consignes à savoir mettre une bonne note, ne pas mentionner le mot remboursement, mentionner bon service, bonne entreprise, bon service, merci, bonne experience, bon service client afin d’être remboursé. Non mais c’est incroyable ce manque d’honnêteté. Je reste sur ma position en disant que c’est un site à fuir impérativement. Vous pensez commander sur Lidl et en fait c’est une grosse arnaque. Attention ne vous faites pas avoir.
