Absolutely fantastic service!

I've purchased several things from CloudFree now. Two S31 smart plugs flashed with Tasmota, two S31 smart plugs flashed with ESPHome, a Zooz 800 Z-Wave Outdoor Double Plug, and a Zooz 800 Z-Wave Long Range USB stick.

I started with the Tasmota S31's and they have been rock solid for years, so I decided to get some Zwave and the ESPHome S31s to control Christmas decor through Home Assistant.
After the Christmas season, I unplugged one of the ESPHome S31's and put it on a shelf.

Couple days ago I plugged it back in and it's got a constant blue blinking light. Quick Google tells me it's having issues connecting to wifi, so it may have forgotten my network settings. I reached out to CloudFree after hours and the next day I get a message saying they'll ship me a replacement and send me a return label for the borked one. I told Aidan about how my Tasmota ones had been rock solid and if I could swap for one of those, which he approved without any heartache. As someone who wants to have local control over my smart devices but doesn't want to solder and flash firmware, I love CloudFree.

Absolutely incredible customer service and honestly, more responsive than I would have expected from a small business who I imagine is very busy. I will be going to them again no question.

I purchased the Home Assistant Green and a few coordinators from Kenny. The shipping was timely and quick, and his pricing was competitive, if not better, than most of the other retailers.
Kenny was easy to get on the phone prior to my purchase and was helpful in assisting in pointing me in the right direction. Upon receiving the products, I was having trouble getting a coordinator up and running and after many wasted hours I threw my hands up and called Kenny. He was very helpful and easy going and got me straightened right out. I hate to take credit for this, but he found my typo that was my nemesis.
