Hi terry I checked your order and it was placed at 3.41pm on Friday evening which will have been a late dispatch, we always say to our customers please order before 3pm as gives the best chance of getting there next day but itâs not guaranteed, all we can do is dispatch the orders and then itâs down to our logistic partners to deliver the goods, Royal Mail operate Monday-Friday they do not do collections on a Saturday or Sunday so if itâs not delivered on Saturday it goes to the next working day on a Monday. I checked your past 19 previous orders and all of them arrived next day! we appreciate any feedback but I feel considering the circumstances a 2 star review is very harsh and is not a true reflection on the service we provide and the service you have been given in the past.
