Update- i have now been offered a generous refund and i have gone with a different product which is much better. Like it says below the fault was with the product design, not cloudkings and they have now resolved this for me. Many thanks!!

I have used cloud kings for a while now and never had any problems until my last order. I ordered 8 25k puff vapes and every one of them leaked really badly making them unusable. I messaged them and initially got a speedy response. But then messages just stopped and there was no resolution. The fault is clearly with the product not with cloudkings, but I was disappointed that no help or resolution was offered. It is over £100 of unusable product. On the plus they are always well priced, delivered quickly and well packaged, with a wide selection.

Absolutely amazing experience!
There is a wide variety of vape models and flavours. My order was dispatched very quickly and arrived next day. Packaging is extremely secure and products arrived in perfect condition.
10/10 will be ordering again.

Genuinely the first review I've ever written for ANYTHING.
ordered 5 hayati pro plus vapes from cloudkings and was very sceptical about ordering online but after the price of them at my local shop going up to £19.99 I thought I had to try it.
Order was quick,super quick and really was delivered next day.
They were very well packaged and all arrived in tip top condition.
I was kept informed and sent tracking link so I could keep an eye on arrival.

What a fantastic company. My orders always arrive within a day or two. I had an issue with one of my vapes not working properly. I contacted cloud kings and not only did they respond quickly, they resolved the issue. Lots of vape sites online but I feel cloud kings is a much more personal service. Highly recommended!!!
