Absolutely love my new cloud nine the contouring curved plates, very light to hold on to, I also purchased the black case as I am glad I did as trying to load the straightener into it with the cord is difficult but easier to load into the case however I do wish their was an option to purchase the case in the navy to match the hair straightener as I purchased the navy.

Hair straightener stopped working within the warrantee time. Company organised return, and new straightener within a few days. Didn’t have to run through rings to make it happen. Very impressed.

The ordering process etc. was fine, however do NOT buy this brush! For the price I have now had not one but TWO break in the very same spot and I don't even have thick hair! Very disappointed as I usually wouldn't pay that amount for a brush.

I recently went through the warranty replacement process for my Cloud Nine Wide Iron Pro, and I have to say it was such an easy, stress-free experience.

The whole thing was really streamlined. I just boxed up my original item, took it to the post office, and they scanned a barcode that had been sent to me—they printed and attached the label right there. The only thing I needed to buy was a postal bag, which was under $3 from memory, so it was super simple and affordable.

I was kept informed every step of the way too, with updates on shipping and delivery, plus an ETA on the outcome once they’d received and checked the item, which I really appreciated.

Customer service was incredible—friendly, informative, prompt with replies, and honestly just an absolute pleasure to deal with. Nothing felt like a hassle.

My original straightener ended up being replaced with the updated newer model since mine was out of stock, which was such a nice surprise.

Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. It’s great to see a company really stand by their warranty and make the whole process this smooth for their customers. Highly recommend!

My cloud nine hair straightener recently stopped working after a few years of use. I absolutely loved it and had been my favourite styling tool to date. I reached out to customer service to see if there was anything they could do and was greeted by incredible customer service. Liz from the team went above and beyond and was so lovely to deal with! Unfortunately my wide iron pro stopped working after 2 years, but thanks to a good warranty and excellent service, I've just received my replacement and I'm really impressed how smooth the process was. Everything was done online and I was even able to track delivery and it arrived safely and very quickly.

The replacement already feels great on my hair. So after slight disappointment of missing my iron for a week or so, I am really happy with the result!
