Kevin was my car truck driver. He is very good. Knows what he’s doing. Towed my car to discount tires so I could get my flat tire fixed. He was a good person n interesting since I had to drive in the truck with him. I recommend Kevin.

Driver was on time, pleasant

Used for LGW airport for out and inbound trips. Prompt and reliable with good quality vehicles. Would be 5 🌟 if we’d been told to meet driver in car park vs the drop off area we normally get picked up from.

The person that booked my taxi was courteous as well as the driver who picked me up. The taxi arrived to pick me up soon after I called.

Excellent service from Clover Car services. Received text after telephone call confirming booking & then text morning of flight confirming driver on his way & given registration details. Driver excellent...made sure we had passports & money and had locked up house properly before he was ready to drive. Very nice driver & overall an excellent service. Highly recommend

I used the service today for an appointment & pick up from Lewisham Hospital. I have issues with my mobility. The drivers were kind, helpful & punctual. I have used Clover quite a lot since living in this area. This is the first time I have used the online booking service and it worked very well. Monica. South London.

Speed of answering and prompt driving from the driver!

Very reliable car service,mostly always on time if not early and I like that most of there drivers aren't chatting away on their phones for the whole of your journey that really annoys me I recommend clovers

I sent the following feedback directly to Clover Cars after our booking in April, they never bothered to respond:

I booked a car to come and collect my family to take us to the airport on Sunday evening. Nobody turned up, and when I phoned the office they said that the driver had been ‘checking his car’ and would be with me in 10-12 minutes at most. 25 minutes later, he arrived. He seemed completely surprised by the amount of luggage we had (which was all explained in the booking).

His driving was terrible, and so dangerous. He was doing more than double the speed limit at times, weaving in and out of traffic and undertaking other cars. My husband had to ask him twice to slow down.

When we arrived at Heathrow he insisted on a cash payment, despite me receiving no instructions that this was required (and I specifically asked for payment details when I confirmed the booking), and your website advertising Visa/Mastercard/Amex facilities. This made us even later for our flight as my husband had to go and find a cash point whilst the driver tried to insist that me and my baby didn’t get out of the car; the whole experience was dreadful and a really poor start to our first holiday with our young baby.

Easy to book a car, drivers always friendly, helpful and polite

The driver was very pleasant and helpful. The estimate of when the car would arrive was wildly optimistic. I would happily book with Clover again but will take the estimated time of arrival as a pious hope rather than an expectation.

I use this company quite regularly and they are a fantastic company. They suit the needs of many different people which is extremely helpful. The drivers are super friendly and approachable which in turn makes the journeys nice and relaxing. I highly recommend this company whether it’s for a quick trip to the shops or going to the airport for a holiday. Fantastic service offered.

Helpful person in the taxi office, however, the First price quoted was too expensive for me and I would have had to pay waiting time at my destination. When the taxi arrived and took me to my final destination, I was charged £12.30 from Tesco superstore Bromley to Bromley Sth station. I was shocked. Next he didn’t take card so had to take me to a cash point! This was all crazy as the earlier taxi I had taken had charged me £6.00 for the same journey. As a visitor I am disgusted by the excessive charge. 😠

Always use Clover, good drivers, polite and helpful.
