Late arrival
My only complaint is saying the cab will be with us in 5 mins when it actually is later than that and yet we are charged if we are 5mins late !!
Should have a reduction off our bill if that’s the case especially when prices keep going up !

Cab late, bad attitude managing complaints
They sent a cab, never sent the tracker and when I called close to the time, two mins before then they said it would be 11 minutes late. They made me go late to work and the person I was complaining to was the rudest ever. People before always been nice. I won’t be using them anymore. Very disappointing.

I have never been in a dirtier or smellier car. Your dispatcher had the wrong destination and you are totally overpriced. My return journey was almost half the price.
