Visited the clinic due to back pain have had acupuncture an massaging on back this has help me tremendoualy enableling me to go back to work staff helpful polite very easy to talk to an very knowledible about treatment i have received very happy with progress.

An absolutely amazing experience, guidelines and goals were set early , a plan of action agreed , despite a few hiccups along the way was supported throughout. Jonathan showed a really in-depth knowledge and gained a understanding of my unique problem , not a one fits all service , a service designed around my needs and requirements.
Has been a really positive experience, no selling of expensive products but making use of everyday items. Having struggled with my back for a umber of years and tried various services , this was definitely head and shoulders above , I would recommend giving it a go if your serious about getting results and reducing and or getting rid of the pain.

To anyone suffering with any type of backpain i can't recommend these guys enough i used the Walsall branch as i had been suffering with back pain and sciatica on and off for years with Jonathan's support and plan im feeling the best i have in years .

I suffered from muscle spasms in my lower back for decades.over the years i took the tablets my GP gave me,had the cortisone injections,went to the physio,had various scans,saw the "specialists" the NHS has to offer and continued to be in constant pain.
My life changed after treatment from Daniela. Now I am able to get out of bed in the morning without the feeling of knives in my back. I can put my socks on without having to to pause to bite back the pain. I can stand from a seating position in one fluid motion and I am able to breathe deeply without the fear of spasms taking my breath away. I would advise anybody who is having to live and suffer with back pain to visit.
It will change your life.

I have been receiving acupuncture for my arthritis and cannot speak highly enough of the positive impact it has had. I would recommend this treatment to anyone who has problems with their hips.

In the last two months my husband has had severe pain in his right forearm and wrist. Getting a diagnosis from the NHS was difficult and taking a long time. However, he decided to try acupuncture and can now state, quite categorically, that it has made significant improvement to his symptoms. He is now pain free and continuing with his treatment which also includes specific exercises.

Having lived with lower back pain for years, I constantly struggle to walk without being in a lot of pain. I received specialist acupuncture, massage & advice about posture, all of which has helped me enormously in my daily life. So, if you are reading this review and you are in pain please do not hesitate to get in touch with Paul because he will help you in your very first session just by observing how you walk in to his office, he has decades of experience.
The whole team are friendly, especially Paul who is quite a character.

After experiencing a recent back problem which left me immobile and in excruciating pain I visited the Backcare and acupuncture clinic where I was treated with such kindness and professionalism. As I was in so much pain I was initially treated with acupuncture and then a course of treatment which started with massage, manipulation and has followed onto strengthening exercises with continuing advice from Johnny on how to improve my core and strengthen my body to help my back. I’ve always had such positive visits and Johnny has helped me so much with teaching me to listen to my body and how I can continue to improve.

I have been visiting here for a year now and the associate, Jonathon, was quick to devise a therapy plan that really worked for me. We are on top of the issues now and I have still kept up with monthly treatments over the last 7-8 months to contain the issues I was experiencing

After the sudden onset of lower back pain I visited BAC and met with Jonathan. Very friendly and reassuring, I felt confident he could sort my problem out for me. Following a series of visits I am now pain free and although I'll never know if the problem might have sorted itself out eventually, it was good to know that there was someone there on my side, who knew solutions and how to implement them.

Highly recommend the Backcare & Acupuncture Clinic. I used to wake up with back ache for 8 years but after seeing Jonathon for almost a year now, I have woke up pain free and feel like I have a lot of movement back. If I have any pain or pulls, I can call up and book an appointment with no trouble at all. Customer service is great and they have worked on my most painful areas each week to suit me.

Over the years I have suffered with back, neck and hip pain and have wanted to go to a chiropractor, so after moving house and getting settled I decided to try my local chiropractor. My partners friend recommended the Backcare & Acupuncture Clinic and no matter where I move I will always come back here. All the safe followed Covid 19 guidelines making the environment feel safe and clean, the place is bright and quiet making it relaxing and calming. After meeting Daniela, my chiropractor, I felt like I was listened to and understood; she understood that I was in pain. She did some tests of my range of motion and general movement, devised a plan of action for the next few months and we went from there. Before every session she asked how I was and if I had any problems and made me feel comfortable. I started going in March and now in November I feel so much better, I feel like I'm a 25 year old in a 25 year olds body, I feel my age and no older. I am in a lot less pain daily and overall which was my goal when I first started. Daniela also gave my exercises/stretches to do at home in between sessions and this has helped a lot, I am now more conscience of my body and why it was hurting. I will continue to come here for the foreseeable future, a massive thank you to the whole team but especially Daniela.

I would highly recommend this very professional service. I have had issues with my neck for years and was suffering from daily headaches; after only a couple of visits I noticed a considerable difference and the headaches are much less frequent and severe.

I had a fall and injured my hip. The pain was getting increasingly worse so I sought help from the Clusker clinic. After only a couple of sessions I became more comfortable and the pain decreased. Daniela has been an outstanding therapist. She is compassionate, supportive and highly skilled in her treatments. I am following the treatment plan and finding much greater mobility and flexibility.
Each week I am improving and I feel I have got my life back. Thanks to Daniela I am learning to take responsibility for my own well-being. I follow her guidance on posture, exercises and stress management. She is so supportive and caring.
