CNshopper レビュー

I been using cnshopper for now nearly 1 year. And I have to say the they are really one of the best agents out there regarding shipping prices. And the customer service is always available and friendly. Have sent out around 8 hauls and never had any issues with any package. If you haven’t yet I really recommend you to try them out

Honestly speaking, CNshopper is a really good shopping website. It's not that popular but it should be, cause they have a wide variety of products and all of them are of good quality. Their support staff is very helpful and good. There web & app design are very impressive. And the prices at which they sell the products is really great. I bought one product from it, the product came in very good shape, packaging was good too. And the shopping experience was hassle-free. In conclusion, CNshopper is as good as amazon in some ways.

Very good agent

I’ve used CNShopper for two packages so far. The first one arrived right on time without any issues. The second package got delayed by 6 days, but I was really impressed with how they handled it. Instead of ignoring the problem, their support reached out and offered me a discount coupon to make up for the wait.
Mistakes and delays happen, but the way a company handles them makes all the difference. Really solid support team — definitely recommended!

I place an order JIYUNRI11145460
of 3kg and only pay 24$ for shipping,
I experencied a lot of agent and It's the first one when you have a problem they resolve It and came with you I'm really interested of how they çan make all this in short delay in the entière world.

CN shopper is a very helpful platform to use because of the smooth transactions, clear instructions and satisfying interaction with the agents and the support team. I have shipped multiple boxes until now and I’ve not had a single bad experience!

The few issues I have faced so far is with the filters not working in the search function, prices listed in the search tab varies significantly from the product tab, so when we click on the item, we will see a much higher price than what was shown earlier, and the UI keep changing making it a bit unpleasant. For example: when we want to see what orders we placed, we cannot see the variants of the particular product we ordered, or every time I open a page from the search tab and go back, it goes all the way to the top and forces me to go through all the listings again.

One of issues I would like to highlight would be new AI feature for shipping: it’s preventing us from adding more items in the box even though we could do so previously, and we end up loosing the space which could have been utilised.

Other than these issues, which if solved, would make the shopping experience more pleasant for everyone, I would definitely recommend CN shopper to everyone. So far it’s been good :)

They shipped my stuff so fast and cost a little money. I’d like to use it again

La experiencia ha sido positiva, hay veces que tardan en solucionar los problemas pero tambien puede ser por culpa del vendedor.

Im really happy with cnshopper, support is there for everything if u need something.

I never had such experience with an agent, the best agent so far, very good customer service, very fast, low comisions, and very cheap shipping. I have shipped 2 packages so far.

Very good service

Love this website, I can easily shop on my fave Chinese sites like Taobao. Perfect for us kpop fans who want to get some goodies from CN ^^

La verdad, es un buen servicio eh tenido un detalle con alguna compra y me ofrecieron una alternativa muy viable, el servicio de posventa es muy buena.

CNshopper is easy to use and I love the quality check photos they do for your orders! I had a lot of troubles in the past trying to shop directly on Taobao, but CNshopper made it simple and convenient.

Shopping is very convenient and easy! using CNShopper has been overall a great experience

Preety solid could lower shipping prices

So far I really enjoyed their service! I’m pleased with their cheap prices and high quality products. Also, the QC inspection service is great! I recommend.

Honestly a really good agent very good exchange rates so items cost less compared to other agents and shipping is very cheap support is great although could be better and app needs some optimization for english and improvements overall for a new and very underrated agent it is very good and I would blindly reccomend it as I have bought three hauls there myself

Best agent, fastes shiping 24/7 support and the most importnst the cheapest one
