This is how every business, bank, and government office should be run! Communication is excellent, delivery is flawless, and it is all achieved at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this friendly and efficient service.

I’ve used Co2you for sometime and I’ve always found their customer service to be excellent. Any issues are solved really quickly and any changes to your delivery is not a problem. Good value too!

I started a refill subscription as I had purchased a soda making machine and a CO2 You canister was supplied with the machine. The new machine was faulty and was returned and I rang CO2 You to query if I would be able to change my type of canister when I bought a new machine and was told about the CO2 You Bubbla soda making machine and the discount offered for refill subscriptions. I am now the proud and happy owner of a Bubbla which is fabulous, as is the refill subscription. Thank you

Great service.
I’ve been a customer for a few years now, maybe even from the start. I’ve always been impressed by the service which continues to improve and streamline as the company grows. I even bought my ‘Carbonator’ from them which looks great in my kitchen. I get my gas every 4 months for a great price and delivery from DPD couriers who are great at doing the exchange. All in all I am a very happy customer.,

Customer service is top standards always getting straight back to you if there's a problem. Always quick on delivery too.. highly recommend this service.

Having used CO2 for a number of years I can highly recommended them. Even when a very few deliveries have gone wrong, due to the courier, they have responded quickly and efficiently rectifying the issue promptly.

Wish I had found this service sooner, they have attention to detail, I was worried at first about not being able to return them and they came up with me just ordering my refill via email and dropping them at the post office who print the label then telling them that I had returned them. This has made it so much easier, also when I first called them about the service I was actually complimented on taking the time to research the service. Extremely happy, great personal service with impeccable manners.

The cylinders arrive in a sturdy box on the day as promised. This is an excellent service as I have not been able to get gas refills for a few years before discovering CO2 YOU. My only issue is the frequency of refills (every 4 months) which is a little too often for me, although the company were very helpful when I asked to extend before my first refill.

Good company to deal with. Flexible and responsive. I'd give them 5* apart from a recent price rise!
