I currently have a subscription for gas refill and couldn't be more happy with it and the customer service support when I needed. I've recently moved to another address and forgot to change the order to my new address. Speaking with the chatbot and then with an agent I got it sorted pretty quick, even after my order was already with dpd.

Great sparkling water machine. Very straightforward to use and looks good on the countertop. I love that you can subscribe for gas and get refills every few months. Excellent communication and customer service.

I had a surplus cylinder, which I requested CO2 to You collect.

But they claimed it was not economic to collect a single cylinder. So I had to take it to my local tip to safely dispose of it.

A brilliantly reliable service, that takes all the hassle away from cannisters. I lost track of the times I went to the supermarket and they were out of stock or the box was empty or they didnt understand how the refund element worked... CO2 YOU fix all that and take all the stress away. I love handing over the empty ones at the door and taking delivery of the new ones. No more plastic bottles for sparkling water and always have it when i want it.

I have been a customer for several years. I used to be very happy, a lovely text and follow up phone calls to check if I was ready for the next order. But, about 6-9 months ago they changed their system. No more polite phone calls, just an automated email and AI through WhatsApp. I tried to change delivery dates and was against a brick wall talking to an AI bot. I emailed, cancelled the subscription, no phone call, more AI generated messages with the odd email apology from a person. No one answers when you phone. Complaint sent, then, money taken for an order that I didn't want. Another complaint sent, again, email apology with guidance on how to send the bottles back. I must admit, I thought I had sent them back (I had a lot going on) I got another email 'refil incoming' Another email complaint sent, bottles returned, they apologised and promised a refund. I told them to never take money from my card again. I have woken up this morning to find they have stolen money out of my account again. Words cannot describe how dreadful this company is. If I could put 0 stars I would.

So easy to order and re order the gas. And delivery is super quick.

A really special service- reliable, always helpful, and flexible when you need it. I love my never ending supply of fizzy water.
