Great product good price excellent delivery. Highly recommended

I honestly don’t know what this company could do better. I signed up for the 4 bottles every three months about a year ago and every delivery/empties exchange has been extremely well communicated ahead of time and required zero brain bandwidth from me. It’s saves so much money and comes in a reusable hard case with zero plastic. Amazing!!!

Customer service is an AI bot with moronic cliche answers.

Concerningly it is difficilt to cancel the service and they have continued to bill me after multiple emails and whatsapp messages asking to cancel, and returning all the (faulty) cylinders i had.

Inconveniemt and costly.

I have been subscribing to the cylinder programme for around 2 years and the replacement service has always been excellent.
When my cylinders stopped fizzing the water recently, I contacted customer services who advised it could be faulty cylinders or it could be my old cheap machine.
They immediately replaced the cylinders for new ones.
The water still would not fizz meaning my machine was at fault.
They offered me their bubbla machine which is half price if you subscribe.
It arrived today and it is fabulous.
So much better than my old machine and fizzes the water , better with one third of the presses of co2 that my old machine took.
The quality of the machine is excellent. It is strong and sturdy and looks good in my kitchen counter.

I was happy with co2you for about 10 months until it came to cancelling, in the end it took 1 message and 4 emails before it was done. Originally I would have considered signing up again but never again after that experience.

Good service, really meets my need for sparkling water in a sustainable and affordable way. Normally very efficient and reliable and on the one occasion something went wrong sorted it out with no fuss and gave a rebate as compensation

Cancelling a subscription should be as easy as clicking a button. Cancelling my CO2You subscription required an exchange of emails. The saving grace is: the people are friendly and very helpful. Yet I feel the process is intentionally more convoluted than it needs to be because it’s for the company’s benefit not the customer’s.

had an issue with a faulty cylinder, which can happen, but the way the team handled it was fantastic. Support was fast, courteous, and very professional. They took full responsibility and resolved the issue immediately. It is great to see a serious company that truly cares about its customers. Highly recommended.
