Delivery is via DPD, which is problematical at times. Sometimes the screw attachment is not secure on bottles, can lead to a waste of gas unless you tighten it up each use. Other times, some bottles are brilliant and do not need tightening each use. Convenience of having bottles collected/delivered outweighs the niggles.

I've been a regularly and very happy customer for many years now and will remain so for many more. The service is excellent, the cistern service is top-notch, the couriers they use are reliable, and I've never had an issue. I highly recommend Co2you!

have used this company for nearly 3 years and their customer service has always been excellent. I occasionally have to change my delivery date and they always accommodate me (sometimes at very short notice!). I also like the new design of the canister.

Despite a shaky start with these guys (I may have left a previous negative review) I felt I had to correct it given a really good customer experience today. Last time I was faced with phones not being answered, calls not being returned and AI Agents 🤮

This time, phone was answered immediately and the customer support rep (Lissie) was incredibly helpful: understood my problem immediately, was very flexible and creative in solving it with no fuss or upsell. Genuinely impressed. Maybe co2you were just starting out when I had the bad experience. However, if they continue like this, they'll keep my subs.
