I have an extremely sensitive gut and i reached out to Shitija - My sugar cravings have always been at alarming levels. Shitija helped me to do an entire gut cleanse by cutting out all the triggers leading up to anything that would interfere with my sensitive stomach and eating clean is a Whole New way of life for me , it’s brought in an understanding to what helps keep my stomach calm and not interfere with my day to day routine or effect the quality of my life. Shitija has been a wonderful nutrition coach. I had a great experience working with her. The best part about her is that she is aligned with the current trends, listens to our needs/goals, 
and accordingly comes up with a plan which is pretty much doable. She kept me focused and was flexible when required which worked very well with me. I was able to lose 12.5kgs in a healthy manner which was amazing. I totally recommend her to anyone who is struggling with weight loss!

Want to say big thank you to Shitija for helping me with my meal plans and for providing me balanced and tasty meals for the entire duration of a shoot when I was filming in chennai.
