The best presets/styles I’ve used so far. Others feel like filters over an image. Cobalt feels like they’re embedded into the file. I own several packs and look forward to seeing the growth of a stellar product.

I hate to say but I didn’t see a significant worth out of the purchase.

Always incredible colors from their profiles, and instant download available after checkout so you can use the profiles ASAP.

I've bought Fuji Emulation + DNGBasic(for a7m3).
I genuinely liked the output of the product.
A very simple one click method to turn digital images from my a7m3 into film-sy pictures.

However I personally found it hard to understand the exact procedures to acquire the final image.
Although digging into the FAQ page gives you the basic idea of how it works, I felt it needed more of a friendly version.

The specific pages under 'Film Emulation' section showcases beautiful before & after side by side comparison which is good to be attractive before buying the product, but not very useful when you want to know step-by-step process of applying the effects after you have bought the product.

It would have helped the new users if there was an 'installation guide' page helping through a step by step guide after you've bought the product.
For example, I wouldn't have known not to decompress the given file if I haven't read the FAQ.

Very valid for Hasselblad XD2.
A bit expensive for each single camera model.

Helpfull tool and easy to use. This profiles make me to improve my develope in particularly in low range of light.

Amazing emulation pack….must have for the one who loves colors which are produced by certain sets of specialized cameras..loved all the profiles.

The Cobalt Image camera profiles are among the best (if not the best). Largely better than the default profiles of most editing softwares. The film and digital emulations are excellent as well.
My regrets : extremely pricey, no way to try before buying and no refund policy

Finally I can get Fuji colors on my Sony system!

I love Cobalt Image and I have several of their packs for various cameras as well as the large majority of their film emulation packs. The one thing that leaves a bit of a sour taste however is firstly the cost, they are expensive, especially if like me, you have shot on a wide variety of cameras. And secondly, I think they should offer their loyal customers more in the way of perks or discounts. I dread to tot up what I've spent with Cobalt to be honest and at this point, a coupon or a discount would be greatly appreciated. I know several photographers (whom I personally have recommended Colabt to) feel the same way.
Still, this being said, I do love their work and what they do. I can't fault the products.
