Cobalt Image LTD レビュー 

The cobalt profiles seemed a great idea, and maybe it will end up being so. I bought my main camera basic profiles and the Kodachrome film simulations. So far my experience hasn't been as compelling as I expected. There is info about how to install them (but already knew that), what they lack is a lack of support material or recommendations of how to integrate them to the workflow properly. I guess I'll to test and try things to find it out myself, I hoped their integration was going to be easier. About IQ, so far I haven't noticed it being better or more flexible than other presets I already own.

I bought the Capture One Kodachrome and Kodak Film packs for my Leica M10. These are not just another style pack. Cobalt actually provides a camera specific ICC profile for each film emulation in combination with a style. These are really color profiles and in combination with Luma curves produces a very powerful tool with an extremely faithful emulation of the films. I initially had some trouble handling certain files, but the team was very helpful and provided perfrect guidance. Can't recommend these enough!

Purchasing from Cobalt Image has been fine over the last year. I do consider the rendering quality of some of their profiles excellent, some just good, but the content of the packages artificially limited. Example:
- The CCD fever doesn't include the Nikon D200 profile, which was an important CCD camera. Sure I knew before, but still I consider it "greedy", also as I already bought multiple profiles.
- The Canon contemporary package doesn't contain the R5 fine detail profile, which is great as jpeg out-of-camera.

Edit from Sept. 2022: The Cobalt guys added one Nikon D200 profile to CCD fever. Thank you!
Still most of the time I use the Fuji contemporary profiles on the Sony A7R3 and even on the Canon R5.

Thank you for making these available. The only ask I have is if I can use the basic pack with my Leica M8, as I see there is no option for it.

Was looking for improved skin tones from my Leica SL in Capture One. Your camera profile filled the bill. Very satisfied.

Do you need to adjust colors of your camera? Yes? You need the Cobalt guys, the scientific color manager!

Had a problem where I couldn't see a past order to redownload. I sent them a email explaining my issue, it was cleared up and made right within a day.

Really love the tying of the sensor type to the profile... seems the most realistic of all the various profile players in the market.

Cobalt has completed my dream work flow. I can now use Fujifilm digital emulations in raw. How great is that.

This is the secret sauce for getting the best results in Lightroom with Nikon Z files. Finally!!! I’m so happy that I found these presets. The packs aren’t cheap but definitely worth the money …and I bought many of them. Thank you!!!

Purchased two sets of camera profiles in the hopes of matching the colors between two different camera brands - and these definitely worked out great. You still have to get the white balance correct between the images, after that, the profiles fix all the other color differences. Extremely happy editor here!

I profili Cobalt sono l'ideale per stabilire un workflow snello e veloce.
Nel mio caso parlo di foto in studio dove la corrispondenza colori è fondamentale.
Dopo averli provati sono riuscito a ottenere la giusta colorimetria per dei colori fluo che mi stavano rallentando e costringendo a una post-produzione quasi manuale.
Li consiglio a chi ha bisogno di implementare uno strumento professionale vero.

I import the basic pack to lightroom, but it don’t even appear, and i tried delete the file and install it again. But same thing, doesn’t work.
Wasted money.
